~Mountain Wolves

This is a wolf RP for my Pack, Allani. [Pronounced Uh-Lah-nee]

Rules:
1. Please try to avoid using warrior like names for your RP character. These wolves are not considered warriors.
2. There is an 9 wolf RP limit.
3. Follow the Rules of the Roleplay Board, and no cursing.
4. If you do not post within a week you will be removed to make room for others who'd like to join unless I recieve a PM stating your reasons for abscence BEFORE THE ABSCENCE.
5. You must be an active RPer who is on daily.
6. You must use proper grammar/spelling while in character!

Climate: We live in dark mountains. They are very bumpy/steep and have lots of trees. If you go really high on the mountains you will find a little snow, though there isn't much in our particular Pack area. The weather is usually cloudy, sometimes rain. Usually sunny in summer and snows a little in winter. There are lots of caves around the mountains which we use for shelter constantly. Occasionally in summer we will nest outside if weather is warm. There is a river flowing down the mountain that has many plump fish.

The current season is WINTER.

Prophecy:
Upcoming terror awaits
from a fierce attack of many,
leaving several sore.
Allani must come together
or it will be no more.

Summary:
It is the dead of winter, and our pups are dying from the fierce, cold winds. They are our future, and it is fading away with every fragile death. We must find some way to survive. And there is fear in all of us from the prophecy. The upcoming terror and fierce attack of many comes from mountain lions.


Ranks/Characters:
Alpha: (1) Shadow (Duskstar)- BLack wolf with dark red eyes.

Alphaess: (1) Kara (Stripes)- Brown

Beta: (1) Stone (Night)- Fluffy gray with very long tail. Glowing amber eyes.

Betaess: (1) Tella (Moonstar)- Pure white wolf with gentle ice blue eyes and silent steps. She is kind-hearted, but can be fierce if needed.

Omega: (1) Titan (Ebonycloud)- Large black with with deep brown eyes and half of a tail.

Pack Members: (2)
Luna (Dawnpaw)- Silver female wolf with golden legs, paws and jet blue eyes. She's friendly but vicious if any of the pack are hurt or being attacked. Smart and helpful.

Eclipes (Wishpaw)- Black she-wolf with silver paws and silver half way up her legs and blue-ish silver eyes. Gentle around little ones, Fierce in battle, and doesn't talk very often. Luna's sister.

Jordan (Ebonycloud)- Long legged golden he wolf with pale green eyes. Is a kind yet hard to talk to wolf. Has a soft spot for those younger than him. He likes to be the big brother. Even though he's not a beta, he's Tella's mate.

Cereberus (Blizzardclaw)- Dark furred male with streaks of red. Lazy, tries to avoid uneccessary fights.


Pups: (2)

Larka (Rain)- Pure white she-wolf with amber eyes

Information on Ranks:
The alpha and alpeass are the basic rules of the Pack, the alpha being a male and alphaess a female. Tend to feast first. The beta and betaess are the back-ups if the alpha/aphaess were to die, the beta taking place of the alpha and betaess taking place of the alphaess. These are the second highest ranked wolves in the pack.
The alpha and alphaess are mates, as are the beta and betaess.
The omega is the lowest ranked wolf in the Pack and usually watches over the young. The underdog. It gets picked on a lot and is often the last to eat.
Pack members are just like warriors would be in a Clan.
The pups are the offspring of the alpha and alphaess. In real packs, only the alphas would have pups, but since this is just an RP anybody can have pups. Bear in mind that if you are an omega and find an outside wolf to have pups with, your pups will probably not be accepted and could even be killed. But what an interesting storyline that would be!

Prey:
Allani tends to feast on elk, caribou, fish, rabbits, squirrels, wild berries, and rarely beavers.
We hunt in small groups, so there will be hunting patrols for larger animals and such.

Lol, you're welcome!
And although treated poorly, the underdog is kind of a cool position to be in. You can always add some twist to your character that makes the roleplay more exciting anyways. =D

It is a good position. It's just like being a warrior in a Clan! =D Pack members are VERY good!
