Aura's green eyes followed Ms. Collins on the teacher's usual pacing of the classroom as she explained their assignment. "Take notes on pages 72 through 98," the woman said briskly. There was a soft collective groan from Aura's classmates that was quickly silenced by a glare from Ms. Collins.
"Twenty six pages to take notes on?" Aura muttered to herself, almost in disbelief. "And we only have...forty five minutes!" she exclaimed in a hiss with a glance at the clock. Shaking her head and trying to contain her annoyance with her teacher, she opened her book to the page and clicked open her pen. At almost the exact moment, Ms. Collins's sharp voice rang out - "Annabelle, black ink please!"
Aura rolled her eyes and put pen to paper to begin her tedious assignment.

ooc; I have now changed Xyrnn's age to seventeen. Being fifteen makes her a looonneeeer... No good for roleplays D:

ic;

Xyrnn stifled a yawn as Mrs. Ether continued in her typical bordering-on-monotone voice to describe the project that would be due in a couple days. To the left of her she could hear continual whines and complaints about the project. She was sure she would have been able to hear the same thing from her right side if her right side wasn't occupied by a wall. Eyelids drooping over glacier blue eyes, the girl tried vainly to stay awake. The descriptions were just too monotonous... The only thing that saved her from a certain fate in detention for sleeping in class was a sudden spit-wad connecting with the side of her head.

The girl jerked awake and glared at poor fool that was now finding the pen in his hand of great interest. Only the fact that she was now safe from detention  stopped her from locating the nearest eraser and returning the favor.

"Now. Begin today's assignment, which is to finish the story Forgotten Sister and write a five paragraph essay on the plot and theme. Begin now."

Yet another insane amount of work. The fact that even the most whiny of kids stayed quiet was testament to the frequency of these assignments. Even the ones that complained the most knew that protest was futile.

OOC: From what i have gathered someone fell and we are in first period right? And what was with the whole gryphons are pets?
Zypher: Yeah! I resent that remark >8(
ME: Oh hush and have some pudding -_-
Zypher: 8D

Zypher made quick steps to get on campus. His mind was beating itself up for being so late. He had slept in and he hated doing that. He mouth contorted in to a frown as he headed for his first class. He opened his locker swiftly and pulled out a few books. With easy movements he headed to history. He pulled the door open with wide eyes to see the teacher glare at him. He gave a sheepish smile and shuffled to his desk at the back of the room. He placed a hand to his face in embarrassment. In all of his days of school he had never been late. His messy golden hair fell in front of his honey colored eyes.

OoC; NO YOU IS NOT, SOUKI! >:(
I be master of random! >:B
Eethan: May I have puuu~uuding? 8D

Ic;
"C'mon, we beee~eeeter get back to class!" Eethan exclaimed, grabbing the girl's hand, and pulling her through the halls, towards the classroom they first walked in. Once they finally reached it, Mrs. Ether turned to glare at them.

"Eethan, Aelena, you two are late," She said, furrowing her eyebrows together.

"I guess so," Eethan replied, indifferent to her death-stare, though he was glad that the teacher had mentioned the girl's name. He let go of Aelena, and trotted to his desk, where all his stuff already lay.

Mrs. Ether re-explained the assignement to Eethan and Aelena, but was so rudely interrupted when the raven-haired boy stood up from his seat.

"What?! But that's too much wooo~ooork!" He whined in a childish voice, again.

ooc; Nu! I refuse to let go of my title. -tugs stubbornly- But pudding... Pudding. Pudding is nice -^o^-
Xyrnn: Puddin' Where. -pulls out mini submachine gun- I will have my pudding! No one stands between me and pudding! [Violent lil' bugger, aint she? D: 'Course, I'm not one to complain. -shifty eyes-]

ic;

Mrs. Ether told off Eethan and Aelena before she continued to re-explain the inhuman amount of work they were to do.

Xrynn resisted the urge to yawn loudly and prop her legs up on her desk. First period and already she was bored out of her wits. She took out her pencil and some paper and her glacier eyes began to dart across the epically boring story known as Forgotten Sister. At least, that was what she should have done. But being the quietly rebellious girl she was, one slender hand snuck quietly to her neighbor's desk and snagged his eraser. The neighbor didn't notice as he was busy chatting up the girl behind him, and the girl wasn't about to tell him he was missing an eraser. Taking careful aim, Xyrnn slugged the eraser into the airspace above Mrs. Ether's greying, pony-tailed head. As expected, the little pink-black misshapen blob made a satisfying thuuunk as it hit the ceiling and dropped onto the said teacher's head. What happened next wasn't pretty, especially for the aforementioned neighbor of Xyrnn's. The eraser was quickly identified as his, and detention was swiftly set upon his head.

Her immense boredom appeased, if only for a little while, the girl returned to doing what she was supposed to be doing.

ooc; She's such a butt, isn't she. Heh -^^-
Xyrnn: Who's fault is that!?
[-shifty eyes- Eh.. I dunno. -points to said neighbor's eraser- I blame that!]

OoC; I WAS HERE FIRST! D:_>
Eethan: Can't we share? D:
Me: Dang... And, besides, I be ultimately insane. >3 [I also suggest you dun provoke Eethy. :0]

Ic;
Eethan sat back down, pouting. The dark eyebrows just over his eyes furrowed together, forming a deep V over the greenish orbs of sight. His mouth was twisted into a childish frown, small wrinkles forming around it. Although, his frustration was soon ebbed as blame for an eraser stuck in Mrs. Ether's hair was put on a boy whom of which he forgot the name. He saw the whole scene, and was probably the only one in the class to know the true culprit. A low snicker resonated through the quiet classroom, and it was soon passed around. Two of Eethan's fingers on the left hand clutched his pencil firmly, while the palm of his other hand was pressed against his cheek, elbow leaning on the desk.

OCC: thanks.

IC: Buddies raced to class. "Stupid brother." she mumurmered to herself. It was only the first day of school, and she was already late.

She opened the door to her ELA/homeroom class. A lady in her forties and 20 kids stared at her. Finally, someone broke the silence. "You must be Buddie, I'm Mrs.Nussbaum!" Her smile was pretty, and her cheeks were rosy red. You may find your seat." She pointed to the only empty spot. "Great, I get the nerd/dork," she mummbled. "Just great!"

ooc; -grumble- But you can't steal both the insanity and the random titles. I think I deserve one.
Xyrnn: Trouble is fun. -randomness- I wanna slug another eraser -^o^-
::plotting some more trouble:: Class is waaay too boring D:

ic;

Xyrnn was quickly finished with the sad excuse for a book due to her time spent in various bookstores. Reluctantly putting the lead-pencil to her paper, the girl began the beyond-pointless essay, her wandering attention causing frequent mistakes such as misspelled words and funny grammar.

After erasing multiple boo-boos similar to 'ar weidred oot' and 'teh thmee iz', the girl finally managed -- somehow -- to finish the forsaken little piece of poop. Turning in the much-abused paper without tearing it up was a challenge, but Xyrnn managed and was soon back at her desk with nothing but trouble on her mind. After all the pain Mrs. Ether had somehow managed to cause them in only half an hour, the girl thought she deserved it.

::x::

In only five minutes, the girl was ready. After making several trips to the tissue paper box, the girl had managed to get her hand on a fallen rubber band and another poor fool's eraser. Xyrnn also managed to confirm that the teacher was indeed drinking diet-Coke.
'By the Goddess, this is addicting. Better not make it a habit though,' the girl thought to herself with a small smile as she aimed the makeshift slingshot from under her desk. [ooc; Heh. I've always wanted to do this. I really have. Scary parents, though.] The little bunny eraser snugly wrapped in the aging rubber, it only took a couple nudges before the desk in front of her was out of the way. Whang! And off the bunny flew.

The first target was Mrs. Ether's Coke. The bunny managed to tip the can over [ooc; Never mind physics. It's magical. Gravity ftw -^^-] and sent the contents all over whatever it was the teacher was doing. With a barely contained curse, the hapless teacher sprang up, wasting only a couple seconds gaping at the mess before advancing onto the warpath.

"WHO IN THE <bleepedness> DID THIS!?"

ooc; She's developing quite the lawless streak. >D
