Aera looked down for a second. "Well, like you," she began timidly. "I also have some sort of... power." she laughed a bit before continuing. "I believe i can see into the future. And i sort of had a vision that you were... dying from dehydration." she admitted sheepishly.

Richard glanced up at that statment. A smirk crossed his face as he remembered that only a few hours ago he had been crumpled on the ground wishing water would come to him. "Well," he started, "Perhaps you can only see parts of the future. I was... very thirsty earlier but Gideon came and gave me water. After that we built the snow fort over there." he pointed to the makeshift igloo. "Perhaps your vision only allows you to see a little bit." he tilted his head to the side and chuckled. "Good thing i didnt die though... I wouldnt have liked that one bit. Thanks for the concern... makes me feel a little better knowing that there was... lets say guardian angel out there for me."

Mikaela smiled. She woke up from the cold, but never sat up. She kept her mouth shut, just listening to her companion's words. She pursed her lips. "Do you think we should go to the place that I, Aera, and Telec landed?" she said suddenly. Mikaela was sure she wouldn't sleep well in the cold, even though Tennesse tends to have snowfall during the winter, her home was comfy as well as the motorcycle shop. Mikaela loved the summer more than anything else, partly because her birthday was in it, but mostly because of the warm weather. Her ideal day would be out by a pool, tanning..
Her stomach grumbled and Mikaela blushed. She was pretty much inerestic [sp?], eating just a little, but she completely skipped breakfast the previous morning, lunch, and dinner was coming fast. Mikaela smiled an evil grin. "Mind if I take down a polar bear?" she asked, smiling a grin that stretched from one ear to another. "I definatly could eat it all!"

George's homemade bow had been good for stopping the animals, even though he couldn't kill them with the sharp sticks. He had shot a rabbit that actually died from the sharp stick, then actualy found a deer that he shot at. She almost got away, and it took hism four shots to get her down. He only had two sharp sticks left. He ended her life quickly wo she wouldn't suffer, cleaning his hands in the snow. He felt terrible ending the beautiful creature's life, but it would save eight. He slung her over his shoulder, grateful that he didn't draw too much blood, and headed back to camp.

When he got there, stars dotted the sky. It was beautiful. They wern't jsut white like at home, but were all different colours. Red, green, blue, yellow, purple, he could find even a few colours he had no name for. He shook his head, heading to the fire and putting the deer doen softly. "She's not too big, but it's enough to feed all of us for now, I think." He said quietly. He thanked whatever gods ruled this world for the meal he'd caught.

Mikaela smiled, tears in her eyes. "Oh George.." she whispered. Yes, she was a meat eater, but she couldn't bring herself to not feel sorry for the young deer who had a whole life ahead of her. "She's beautiful.." Mikaela watched tearfully at the fire, roasting the deer until the meat became edible [sp?]. She carefully took a stick and pushed it out of the fire, in to the snow. It cooled down instantly, and Mikaela opened up the animal. "Um.. who knows how to clean deer?" she asked.

Aera grinned at the guardian angel comment. "Well, i am a naturally born angel," she teased lightly, giggling. "I suppose my visions are selective [a/n: Alice Cullen, anyone?? XD], so perhaps i only see what is going to happen at that exact moment. Things change, like how Gideon found you and gave you water. Had that not have happened, perhaps my vision would've come true, unless something else happened that would save your life." She shivered at the thought of Richard dying.

Richard nodded softly and shivered himself at the thought of what would have happened. At the sound of Mikaela and George talking about the deer he looked over to them. His brows knitted for a moment. He had no idea how to clean a deer but he had expierence taking the insides out of a chicken whole-fryer. It was similar minus the skin and blood. "I guess i can help out." The golden haired boy offered. "Im not to handy with things but i might make use of myself some how." He tossed Arae a look before he slowly stepped toward the dead creature. His own compassion for life was no where to be seen. He had not seen this animal while it was alive so his mind automatically catigorized it as always having been this way. Dead. IT made things easier for him, especially if he was going to help clean the deer for dinner.

Telec saw them gathering around the fire. He flew down trying not to get the feathers in their faces and sat down. he crossed his wings around his body for warmth and resturned his claws into hands. He scrathed his hair and sighed. "Oh yay, couldn't you atleast caught something more appitizing?" He mumbled.

Mikaela shot Telec a harsh look. "Look, George did good enough getting a deer. Or would you rather spend the night hungry and cold? I don't think so. So shut up and be happy we have something to eat!" She rolled her eyes. Telec was pretty annoying at some parts, but he was okay at the other parts. But Mikaela didn't know WHY he was so annoyed at eating deer. It tasted pretty much the same as chicken. And the deer was big, too. She sighed. The poor deer had to give up her life for 8 teens, and one was not appreciative about it.
