Richard stood for a few moments glancing around. He had been wakling for a long time now and had yet to find any source of water that was worht drinking from. He had managed to find a puddle but a family of dung beetles had beat him to it. With a frown he trudged on, hoping to find something worth while. His eyes glanced up for a moment, seeing large mountains in the distance covered in pure white snow didnt seem to inviting. Yet where there was snow, there was running water. A grin touched his face at his own cleverness. He would have to find a way over to them without managing to get himsel killed first though.
With a nod he walked on. As he drew closer, though still far from the snow, he felt the chill of the frost. He pulled his loose sweatjacket closer to his body. His denim jeans were now stained with all the grass he had trudged though yet his mind was solely focused on the hills ahead.

OOC: I'm actually not in the mountains. XD Though I suppose it works anyway, since I could be in the section of the forest at the foot of them.

IC: Gideon woke up again, stretching. That was actually quite a nice nap, despite the cold. Though he was still in the forest... Oh, well. No reason to worry - he just had to gather supplies and then start looking for a way home. But first, he needed to get a look at his surroundings.
Standing up and using the tree trunk as support, he began to climb, until a large amount of the forest could be seen. He held on to a branch, using his free hand as a shield from the light as he looked. Several clearings dotted the oddly colored trees, such as the clearing he was in right now. Behind him, the land gradually climbed upward and into several mountains, which, unsurprisingly, were covered with snow. Birds flew all around, none of which were species that he was familiar with - for instance, a flock of turquoise eagle-like creatures flew overhead, though they each had four wings instead of two, and their tails were like very long ribbons that trained behind them. blowing in the wind.

Needless to say, he was enthralled by them. But he turned his attention back to the forest. A short distance away, something seemed to be moving in-between the trees, barely visible through their branches. He raised his eye brow, starting his descent back to the ground.

Richard came closer and closer toward the mountains but they were still a good distance away. A glinting through the trees caught his attention. The torquoise birds flew by but only looked like small dots to him. He knitted his brows and shrugged. Another movement caught Richard's notice. It was a dark shape in the trees far ahead. The movement was barely there and wouldnt have caught his attention normally. Hope flared in his chest and he bolted through the trees toward the movement he had seen. "Help!" he called out. He wasnt sure if whatever it was, was friendly or not but he had to give it a try.
Perhaps if it was a person they might have a cell phone he could use to call home. A grin touched his mouth with that thought. The distance between him and the far away movement was growing smaller. "Help please!" he called out hoping ot be heard.

ic: Aera was struck with fear and bewilderment to the very core. "I- I don't know..." she stammered, her face painfully paler than usual. She blinked. She blinked again.
"I think... i think i just saw something. I don't know what time period it was, but I think... it might have been the future. There was this boy, and he was dying. I think he read the Rosewood book, too. We have to find him, or my vision will come true." She trembled.

Mikaela gasped. She didn't really want to ask how Aera could read the future, so she just went on with the scene. "Well let's go find the person!" she said. "If he read the book, Rosewood, too, then we should get together!" Mikaela sighed and wished she had her motorcycle with her. They could go to the person faster then running. Then suddenly something came to her thought. "Uh.. Telec!" she exclaimed. "Can you turn into that dragon and fly with us on your back to the place the boy is?" she asked.

Telec gave a very mad glare. "I would but... It was painfull enough going through it the first time." He said then looked back at Mikaela who had a big puppy dog face. Telec sighed. "Okay fine, but if you sit on my head I'll incinerate you." He said made a pause. He took his glasses off then gave them to Mikaela. Telec soon turned into a dragon. "I was trying hard not to wine like a child. Only a few grunts but I'll get used to the pain." He said then layed down. "All abord! If you don't get on you'll probably get squished." He said as they climed his scaley back. "Hold on to my spine. Thing will get rough!" He shouted as He flew up in the air.

Ash screamed as she was lifted into the air. She gave a big grin at Telec and said, " This is great. " The wind blew in her face. She looked down at the landscape. There were many forests and valleys. This was like her paradise. She had her fingers dug into his scaley back. She closed her eyes and screamed again as they dipped towards the ground and went up again.

Mikaela smiled and grapped Aera's hand. She lept onto Telec and held onto his spiky part as hard as she could. It was really spiky and it made her hands bleed, but Mikaela knew if she let go, she would fall off and die. Mikaela felt the wind rushing through her hair and blow it back, she felt the tight tension she felt while traveling here. It felt kinda like a motorcycle, but faster. "Aera!" she said as swiftly as she could. "Are we near the boy?"

"Oh you like that eh'?" He smiled evily then did a corkscrew witch also scared his other passengers-like he cares- and he laughed. "How bout that?" He said. "Oi! Navagater, Where should i go?" he said slowing down and soon hovering in the air with his feathered wings flapping.
