Lunardream nodded, her eyes full of gratitude. She silently led the way out of camp and began to head east, judging the direction by where the moon was hanging in the sky. "Remember where we're going," Lunardream advised the she-cat. "This will be the most important place in our territory..." Sure enough, as Redfoot had said, there were two trees with their trunks entwined. At their bases was a glimmering pool, reflecting the moon's light. "They call this the Mirrorpool," she whispered, as if speaking out loud would make it all disappear.
Willowsong's eyes had glimmered with the reflection of the starlight from the pool, the place was too beautiful. "This is more beautiful than even the Moonpool." She took a delicate step forward, afraid to tread too hard on the grass. "I need to speak with them..." She stepped forward, lay down by the pool, took a sip of the water, which tasted like indigo sky, rivers of starlight, and grass of the heavens, and soon fell asleep.

Redfoot watched with intesnity as the Starry version of the clearing shimmered a bit signalling the approach of the leader. He stepped back from the pool as she formed in front of him. Beside him, eight cats stood with eyes like dim embers and faded pelts that held no stars. Yet despite teh lack of stars, that glowing ember in their eyes radiated their whole body giving a red tint of glowing light. The neither needed nor desired the stars i their pelt. They were not Starclan. They were Hopeclan's new ancestors. "Welcome Willowsong," Redfoot purred once the new leader had completely formed. "Welcome to the ranks of your ancestors. We are not Starclan... We are Spiritclan. We have come here to let you know that Starclan will not guide you. That you and those cats in the clan you will lead are protected by us." He flicked his tail to the cats behind him. There werent the thousands of nameless faces sitting watching a new cat get its leader lives. No there was about a grand total of thirty cats. Each had a name that was remembered. Each with a past and each with the own memories. The only one that didnt seem to belong with its ranks was the starry pelted medicine cat Redfoot. He had lived and walked amongst Starclan and did not give off the glow that these cats did. "Willowsong. You will now be given your leaders lives and your leader name. You may choose to stick with the warrior code. Or, you may decide with us to make a new code that Hopeclan shall follow." The ginger tom turned to the cat next to him. It was Duststep. The tabby tom stepped in front of Willowsong and stared deeply in to her eyes with his glowing firey ones. "You have a brave soul. Beware of the dangers around you though. Dont sacfrice yourself stupidly. I say these things in order that you may learn and become wise." The glowing tabby leaned forward and touched noses. Life burned from him in to the she cat he had before him. When he pulled away he looked drained but his life now resided in her as well. The tom turned and joined the ranks of the others. A new cat stepped forward. Her eyes glowed with the same fire that Duststep's had. Yet outlined in the red glow was a white pelt with soft ginger patches. "Willowsong," she mewed warmly, "I am Heatherfrost. I see the courage in your eyes and i know you will not lead your clan astray. Be kind to them, even those who are troublesome. I say these things in order that you may learn and become kind." She touched noses with the she cat and her life drained in to Willowsong as well. Many more cats by the names of Blacknose, Cherrywish, Sparrowfur, Bluepath, Opalwind, and Morningsky stepped up and gave their lives to her. Each had advice to give but all ended nearly the same way, 'I say these things so that you may learn and...' The last to step forward was Redfoot. A warm grin spread across his face as he stood in front of the she cat. "And now Willowstar," he placed emphasis on her knew name, " I give you your ninth and final life. You have endured harsh lives flowing in to you. Your trials shall make you strong. Dont not cling to old ways, take advantage of change. I say these things so that you may learn and thrive for generations to come." He pressed his nose to hers tenderly and let the life of Starclan flow out of him. The stars faded from his pelt and an inner fire pulsed to life. When he pulled away he opened up eyes of green fire and a proud honest smile spread from ear to ear. He glowed as one of their ancestors now.
Willowsong...no, Willowstar, stumbled lightly, feeling the force of two different sets of ancestors flow through her. She looked around and her eyes brimmed with gratitude, to Redfoot especially. "Thank you, Redfoot, for not giving up on us and giving us our own ancestors. And thank you, SpiritClan, for watching over us too. I promise you, I will not fail." She dipped her head, and stumbled again lightly, as the scene around her faded, bringing her back to the Mirrorpool. She felt much stronger as she awoke, more wise than she had been before, and she knew that SpiritClan stood beside her. She could almost feel Duststep and Redfoot by her side, as if promising they would always hold her up when she needed it.

OOC: Whatever you feel like buddy Everyone is asleep right now though =D
Redfoot watched her disappear. "Good luck Willowstar. You are going to need it." A frown touched his lips for a moment. "Have faith in her Redfoot, i know you chose to take this chance because you believed in her." Duststep had stepped beside the new Spiritclan ancestor. "Hopeclan still needs our help. We need their help as well if they are to surivive. Hopefully over time you will remember the cure. Then Hopeclan's salvation will become a relaity." He turned away from the ginger tom. "Lets go. Spiritclan needs to set up its new home here. Its good to finally be able to protect the living cats." With that the Spiritclan warriors moved away to establish a place to live amongst these new stars. Yet Redfoot did not move. He turned back to the Mirrorpool. His green eyes burning intesnly. "I just hope that i can get them through this. I dont even know what i am getting myself in to," he sighed. With that he moved away to join the rest of his new clan.
"Come Lunardream! Let's go home and tell everyone the good news!" she turned and bounded out of the hollow, running with all the speed of the wind. Faster...faster! Not fast enough! She kept pushing, tearing her claws into the ground, racing for home. As soon as she reached it, she skidded into the hollow that was their camp and with her remaining momentum leaped onto the Highrock. "May all cats old enough to catch their own prey join here beneath the Highrock for a clan meeting!" She yowled loudly, to the stars.

Blossomheart yawned and opened her eyes and padded around camp. She shook her fur and looked down at the water, " Why did this happen to us? Why am I having these doubt's? Willowstar will be a great leader. She'll lead us all to great achivements. " She sighed and looked down at her paws and then looked up at the stars. She smiled, " I know some cat up there is looking after us. " She then heard Willowstar come into camp and Blossomheart raced to the highrock

Fireclaw was nearly scared right out of his fur when he heard his leader come trampling back in to camp. His bright amber eyes opened with a hint of suprise and shock in them. With the adrenaline he had just recieved he was up and out of the den faster than he would have ever been before. He stared up at where their leader now stood. The stars were beginning to fade from the and small pink lines made their way across the sky to show a new day was dawning. It was the beginng of Hopeclan's future. With Willowstar's figure boldly standing out against this perfect background it was almost symbolic. Their future was just dawning and Willowstar would lead the way.
When most of the cats had come out of their dens, Willowstar announced, "We have found the Mirrorpool, and we have ancestors who will protect us from the skies! I have my nine lives, and we WILL find a cure for this sickness! Then, then we can show the warrior clans who's the doomed cats! And we WILL survive!" She yowled, her silvery fur glimmering in the early dawn, the stars fading to pink.
