Darkwhisker had a glimmer of hope shining in her dim blue eyes, then nodded. She then padded away, and headed toward where Thunderstep was being kept. She approached the TigerClan warrior, and looked at him. She quavered atthe sight of him. He was big, and with big paws. She was small, and average sized, well, except for her short tail. "I have a question for you." Darkwhuisker looked up to Thunderstep with her lbue eyes.

Thunderstep turned his attention from Wolfheart to the new cat that approached him. He stared at her with curious, but slightly suspicious eyes. This she-cat was smaller than most strong warriors, more than likely she was either just a good hunter or perhaps something else. She smelled of herbs and caves. She must be this clan's medicine cat. He dipped his head softly, "What can I help you with?"

"My name is Darkwhisker. A pleasure to meet you I'm sure." She introduced herself. "Yes, there is something I wanted to know. When you mentioned about your clan's medicine cat's false prophecy, what exactly did it say?" Darkwhisker asked, trying to be polite as she could. If she were to get this information, she would be able to invade the enmy territory, and possiblely if all failed, stop TigerClan from ever doing anything, ever again. She pulled herself out from her daze and back to reality, where she lowered her ears comfortably. She wnated to seem relaxed as possible, so she could not seem supsicious.

Thunderstep peered at the she-cat but kept his mouth shut for a moment. Should he tell her? He didn't believe in the prophecy in the first place, neither did two or three of his friends. However, most of his clan followed it whole heartedly and Darkstar was promising rogues the path to glory from it. He sighed softly and murmured, "Alright, I will tell you. The prophecy goes like this

When the two great clans fight,
When the sky turns blood red,
When the stars shine their favor,
The Lion must die, and the Tiger will live.

That's all the prophecy said." He looked at her for a few moments longer and turned his head away. "The day of the blood red sky is coming. It has been foretold. It happened in the days of old, when the ancients walked this place. It now threatens to come again. Tigerclan will not wait for Lionclan to ready its troops." He looked at the she-cat with large, fearful green eyes, "You have to leave the forest!"

Wolfheart thought about this for a moment. "But this is the place Firestar came here with the four clans. Found by 6 special cats. We can't just leave can we?" Wolfheart thought about what she just said. Everyone was already tired of listening to her blab about the legends of Firestar and The Three and The Great Journey The Battle of BloodClan The Rise of The Dark Forest ect. She clawed the ground. "This is too much to think about." she whispered. "Can't we just talk to them? Cant we?" Her sharp green gaze pierced Thunderstep. Huh. Thunderstep. The word Thunder. Weird. Why hes in old ThunderClan territory isn'nt he? she thought. She shook her head and continued staring at him.

Cliffheart bounded back through the forest, still feeling like he was on top of the world. He was carrying a rather large rabbit in his jaws that he'd caught on the old WindClan territory. It was weighing him down, but he didn't care. His paws could have been moving slower than a snail and he still would have felt that he was running faster than...something really fast. He was so happy. As he entered the clan, Cliffheart looked over to see Darkwhisker and Wolfheart talking to Thunderstep. A shadow fell overthe warrior's face. He didn't trust that strange cat, but he'd find out soon enough if he was to be trusted.

Thunderstep didn't flinch at Wolfheart's gaze. He frowned at her, "If you want to talk to blood thirsty cats that believe that Starclan has given them the right to slaughter you, then be my guest. We'll see how long you last." The golden brown tabby sat down and wrapped his plumed tail around his paws. He turned his gaze back to Darkwhisker as she milled the fake prophecy around in her mind. He quirked his head to the side, a little impatient that she had said nothing as of yet.

"What we plan to do, is that we were going to sneak into your clan, and tell them a false prophecy of our own. It might convince them to let us join them. When we are under cover however, I belive the rest of teh plan falls upon who is leading us." Darkwhisker looked back up to Thunderstep. She wondered if telling him was a good idea. SHe felt a bit regretful, for the fact that he wa of an enemy clan.

Cliffheart dropped his rabbit on the fresh kill pile and lay down, soaking up the sun. But, he was keeping a wary eye on Thunderstep as he conversed with Darkwhisker and Wolfheart. He heard Darkwhisker tell the TigerClan warrior their plans. The chocolate warrior's neck fur bristled a little at this, but he decided to keep his distance from them. Whatever happened, he had a feeling Thunderstep wasn't going to get back to TigerClan before his patrol reached the enemy camp.

OOC: Since Ivo is taking forever to post her reply I'm just gonna say that she said something, whatever it may be, and we can now time skip okay? So its the next morning now.

Hornetstar left his den just as the dawn patrol was making their way back through the thorn tunnel. He had been up for a while now, thoughts buzzing in his head like bees. He caught sight of them and called out, "Welcome back!" They waved their tails and nodded greetings as they headed for the fresh-kill pile. Hornetstar nodded to himself before he threw back his head and yowled, "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather here beneath the high-ledge for a clan meeting." The cats that weren't already awake began to make their way outside. As they took their places, their leader watched them with fire in his eyes.
"As of yesterday, all of you have been made aware that this cat," he pointed to Thunderstep, "has claimed Tigerclan is planning to invade. I'm sure this surprises no one after the skirmish on the border." He watched them all and their reactions. Many nodded softly, not know where this was going. Hornetstar turned his attention to Cliffheart, "One of our warriors has offered up a suggestion of surveillance." He nodded to the tom, "Cliffheart has suggested that we send a cat to Tigerclan to gather intelligence. However I believe it is to dangerous to send just one cat. So, we shall send a patrol of all our youngest warriors." Many of his clan gasped, this was unheard of. So many cats would be going on this patrol, leaving their clan weak. Yowls of protest rose, "Now hold on, if Tigerclan marches to war, our warriors will be among them. We can flank them from both sides. As Tigerclan attacks us head on, our warriors can attack them within." A few murmurs of agreement sounded. Still, his clan was upset by the news. However Hornetstar would not be deterred.
"The patrol shall consist of Cliffheart to lead it, Bearfur as their strength, Darkwhisker to heal them and gain favor," more hisses arose until he waved his tail for silence, "Nightfang who will hold fast to the code, Wolfheart for empathy, and Silvermist for swiftness." Eyes grew round and yowls arose. So many warriors would be missing for this mission. How could Lionclan survive?
Hornetstar yowled to silence them, "In the mean time Windfur's kits will begin their training. They are of age, though we shall handle their ceremony later." He glanced over to Thunderstep, "You, you're a Tigerclan cat, yet you warned us. Do your allegiances lay with your former clan?"
Thunderstep bristled for a moment, "Former?" All eyes were on him and a quick reflection on the matter told him that he was most certainly banished from Tigerclan, even if he were loyal to them. He stared up at Hornetstar, "Tigerclan shares no love for me, nor I for them."
Hornetstar's eyes narrowed, "If we extended an offer for peace and a chance to become a warrior of Lionclan, would you accept?"
Thunderstep's eyes widened, would Lionclan really let him stay here? These cats weren't zealots, they genuinely cared for each other. Staying here, raising a family, living life the way a warrior was supposed to... How could he refuse? "If I pledge my loyalty to you, will you treat me as if I were never from Tigerclan? As if I were born here?"
Hornetstar's eyes grew intensely serious, "I promise by all the star in Silverpelt that you will be as any of my warriors, family and a friend."
Thunderstep's eyes softened and a smile appeared on his face, "Then I swear on my life that I will not betray you, that my loyalties will be with my true clan, Lionclan."
Hornetstar nodded, "I will hold you to that promise. However I need you to do one thing for me. Our future may rest upon it."
Thunderstep's eyes grew wide, "Yes?"
"You shall lead this patrol to Tigerclan's camp. You shall go with them."
Thunderstep's eyes grew wide with horror. How could his new leader expect him to go back? They would kill him! Yet, he must do it, to prove his loyalty at least. With a soft sigh he answered, "Very well."
With that Hornetstar turned to Cliffheart, "Assemble your patrol, you leave at once."
