I, Rainpelt, medicine cat of ThunderClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this warrior. She has devoted her time and energy to serve her clan, and I commend them to you as a noble leader. By the powers of StarClan, I give you your leader name. Moonshine, from this moment you will be known as Moonstar. StarClan honors your wisdom and dedication, and we welcome you as a leader on this forum.

And since we don't really have members of StarClan to give you lives, I think it would be nice for people to give Moonstar some words of wisdom to help her on her path of becoming a leader.
