With the two mice in her mouth she padded of to the fresh-kill pile and dropped them down and picked up one for herself. After she was finished she decided to ask around if anyone had seen Lightwing. "Ebonystar? Do you know where Lightwing went?"

Again Ebonystar chuckled, "Okay why dont we make a bet Blizzardclaw i will tkae your apprentice for the day and see how i fair. If i cant stand her by the end of the day you will get to eat before everyone else. And if you lose you have to do the apprentice chores." he turned his elagant gaze to leafpaw, "What do you think Leafpaw?'

She better not say yes and then act nice and calm for Ebonystar. Blizzadclaw thought. H remembered hen he was an apprentice and had to do hte dreaded apprentice chores.
