The two cats made there way through the territory, to exhausted to speak. They entered the camp entrance, all the cats eyes streched wide with fear of the badger attack was apperant. Ebonystar led Goldheart to the middle of the clearing. He checked her over to see if there had been any major damage done. His heart skipped a beat when he saw her side was covered in blood but realized there wasn't a deep enough scratch to cause such damage. He looked at himself and saw the deep scratch on his shoulder near his neck. He sank down to the floor to exhausted from the attack to give out orders.

Thunderheart led the patrol into the camp, his eyes immediatly went to the cats that were gathering around the middle of the camp. With all of them crowded, he couldn't tell what cat was the center of his attention. He flicked a motion for the new cats to stop as he went to see what was wrong, he didn't need them to join the large crowd.

Ebonystar looked to see the worried eyes of his clanmates. "Dont worry Roughpaw i will be fine," he tried to sit up but pain seared through his shoulder and he flopped back down on to the floor. He looked back to Goldheart. The young warrior was still panting from the encounter with the badger. "I need all my senior warriors to come here." He tried to yowl but it came out weaker than he would have liked.

Goldheart felt a sharp pain in her side where the badger flung her to the ground she tried to speak but it came out in a wheezing sound.

Ebonystar looked at Goldheart who was having trouble breathing. As much as it hurt he sat up and began to lick side trying to sooth the pain she must be feeling. In between licks he mewed, "Again Goldheart you have earned you name twice over. I have to say you fought better than some of the senior warriors." and purred.

Thunderheart heard Ebonystar's weak yowl for the senior warriors to come, and ran to be at his side.

OOC: Who the heck is deputy? And who is Lilykit's mentor? I'm updating the front page. :P

Featherwhisker watched her new leader struggling. She felt horrible for him. We should have been there beside him, she thought suddenly. It suprised her how much she seemed to care about these cats. She had been only a few days since she and the two toms had joined StormClan and already, she began to see the Clancats as her family. Is this what Rainpelt had tried to explain? Her heart fluttered as she saw all the cats going to help Ebonystar. The thought of having all these cats looking out for her, and being able to look out for them, was comforting. After making sure taht Ebonystar and Goldheart didn't need anymore help, she padded toward the nursery.
She poked her head in and saw Skyleaf and Rainpelt nuzzling each other passionately. Laughing inwardly, she mewed to get their attention. Skyleaf's ears perked up and he narrowed his eyes in irritation. Rainpelt smiled slightly and barried her face in her mate's fur in embarrassment.
"What is it, Featherwhisker?" Skyleaf hissed.
Featherwhisker gasped in fake shock. "Why, Skyleaf! I'm only here to see my dear friend, Rainpelt."
Rainpelt smiled mischeviously. Skyleaf just narrowed his eyes more and hissed quitely. Featherwhisker shook her head, laughing. "So, Rainpelt," she mewed. "When are the kits due?"
The young queen smiled warmly. "It will only be a matter of days now," she purred, nuzzling closer to the large tom. Skyleaf, suddenly forgetting his anger, turned toward his mate and began licking the base of her neck.
Featherwhisker rolled her eyes. "Well, I'll just leave you two kits alone." She backed out of the den and went off to find Mosstail.


Skyleaf looked into Rainpelt's shining blue eyes. "You should be taking borage now."
Rainpelt chuckled. "You could be a medicine cat, you're so good," she teased.
The large tom puffed out his chest. "Yeah, I'm pretty much amazing," he gloated.
Rainpelt rolled her eyes and curled up in her warm nest. Skyleaf licked the top of her head and whispered, "Well, I'll just go get the real medicine cat, then. Of course, if that's alright with you, Your Majesty." He winked jokingly. Rainpelt just sighed with fake exasperation and turned her back to him to dismiss him. Skyleaf laughed out loud and padded out of the nursery in search of the medicine cat.

OOC: blizzardclaw(star) is deputy and lilykit's mento is Rosetail because she requested it. =D

Ebonystar turned from Goldheart to see Thunderheart moving closer. "There has been a badger attack. thank Starclan Leafpaw got away." He looked to Goldheart and purred, "Goldheart here fought like the best warrior andt by the will of starclan we killed it, but its dead body might attract foxes i want every cat to be on the look out. And be careful"
