Authors Comment: This one is about Tawnypelt's kit, Tigerpaw being the reincarnation of Tigerstar and then there being a reincarnation of Bluestar in ThunderClan.

Tigerpaw dropped his prey in the fresh-kill pile and padded over to the apprentices' den. His paws tingled with excitement. Tonight would be his first Gathering. He leapt up on a high branch and looked out over the lake. He could see the island perfectly from here, and his heart began to pound louder.
"Tigerpaw!" Dawnpaw's voice made Tigerpaw jump. He looked down to see his sister glaring up at him. "Are you just going to sit up there all night?"
The tabby tom rolled his eyes and jumped down to stand by his sister. "I'm just excited," he admitted, kneading the ground.
"Yeah, Dawnpaw," teased Flamepaw. "It's not his fault that he couldnt go to the last one." The orange tom nudged his brother playfully, but Tigerpaw just glared at him. He remembered all too well of how Dawnpaw had pushed him out of a tree just before the last Gathering. He had to stay in the camp for two days afterward.
"Dawnpaw!" hissed Russetfur from the camp entrance, her tail lashing back and forth irritably.
The light brown she-cat glanced at her siblings then raced off toward her mentor. Flamepaw shook his head. "Poor Dawnpaw. I'd hate to have Russetfur as a mentor!"
Tigerpaw nodded, though his mind was far away from the ShadowClan camp. He looked up at the sky; the moon was slowly making its way to the center of the sky. He sheathed and unsheathed his claw anxiously. "When can we go?" he complained.
"Shouldn't be much longer now," Flamepaw said, glancing over at Blackstar. The large white tom was leaping down from the Highbranch and padded over toward Russetfur and Dawnpaw by the entrance. Tigerpaw felt his muscles tense. "Alright, it must be time now." Flamepaw flicked his brother's ear with his tail and ran off toward their Clanmates. Tigerpaw took a deep breath and padded after his brother.
Tigerpaw's nose stung from the irritating smell from the RiverClan territory. "How can they live with all this water?" he complained to Flamepaw.
The orange tom just shrugged and padded onward. The island towered over them, and Tigerpaw attempted to control his prickling fur.
"Greetings Blackstar!" called Leopardstar as she emerged with her Clanmates.
"Leopardstar," Blackstar replied, his voice light but hostile. "How's the prey running in RiverClan?"
"Just fine, thank you." Leopardstar narrowed her eyes, as if trying to see through Blackstars dark eyes. "And ShadowClan?"
"Fine." The ShadowClan leader returned Leopardstars hostile glare.
Russetfur growled behind them. "Excuse me, but could we get over to the island instead of standing here, wasting moonlight?" Blackstar glanced at his deputy and nodded, flicking his tail as he jumped onto the log that stretched from the mainland to the island.
Tigerpaw waited for the older cats to cross, then he leapt up on the log and slowly padded across; carefully placing one paw in front of the other.
"Taking long enough, Tigerpaw?" Dawnpaw teased as he jumped to the ground. Tigerpaw hissed and cuffed his sister over the ear.
"Come on, let's get to the clearing!" Flamepaw whipped around and pelted through the trees. The other apprentices followed until they stopped in the cleared circle. A huge rock jutted out of the ground in the middle. That must be where the leaders speak, Tigerpaw realized.
He felt his brother bristling beside him. "ThunderClan," he hissed. Tigerpaw looked in the direction of the lake, and sure enough, the large, flame-colored tom came padding through the bracken, his Clanmates behind him.
Littlecloud, the ShadowClan medicine cat walked up to greet Leafpool and Jayfeather, the ThunderClan medicine cats. Tigerpaw watched the elders greet each other warmly, and the warriors say their hellos.
Suddenly, a blue-furred she-cat caught his eye. Her fur shone silver in the moonlight. Her deep, blue eyes twinkled like Silverpelt. Tigerpaw had never seen any cat so beautiful in his whole life; although he couldn't shake the feeling that he had met her before.
"Hello Icepaw," growled Dawnpaw, glaring at the snow-white ThunderClan tom.Icepaw narrowed his eyes but smiled welcomingly.
"Hello Dawnpaw." He flicked his tail toward the blue she-cat. "This is Bluepaw; she was made an apprentice a few days ago."
Bluepaw smiled embarrassed and gave her chest a few swift licks. "Hello."
Tigerpaw's heart fluttered at her perfect voice. Flamepaw nudged him. "This is our brother, Tigerpaw. This is his first Gathering, also."
Bluepaw's gaze shot up to Tigerpaw. She narrowed her eyes suspiciously, eying him. "He-hello" Tigerpaw stammered.
He smiled weakly.The she-cat's face softened and she wrapped her tail around her paws. "Hello, Tigerpaw," she mewed sweetly. "It's a pleasure to meet you." Sincerity rang in every word.
Tigerpaw blushed under his fur. "It's nice to meet you, too."
Suddenly, a yowl rang in the clearing. Tigerpaw spun around to see the four leaders standing atop the great rock. Blackstar stepped forward, glaring at the other three leaders, as if he expected them to challenge him. "All is well in ShadowClan. The prey is running well, and we are as strong as ever." Dawnpaw smirked and nudged Ivypaw who smiled warmly back at her.
The other three leaders announced their news, and Firestar drew the Gathering to a close. Each Clan separated into their groups and began to head for the lake. Tigerpaw turned to his Clanmates, but Bluepaw's silvery fur caught his attention.
"B-Bluepaw!" he called.
She perked her ears up and smiled as he walked over to her. "Hi Tigerpaw. I-I guess I'll see you around." There was a sense of regret in her voice. She stroked her tail along his flank as she walked passed him to join her Clanmates.
Tigerpaw spun around and touched his muzzle to her ear. "Meet me on the border," he whispered passionately. "Tomorrow at moonhigh." Bluepaw locked eyes with him, shocked for a moment, but within a moment her eyes softened and she nodded. She gave him a swift lick on the check, careful not to let anyone see and turned to run after her Clan.
The tabby tom's heart fluttered as he walked over to his siblings. He was too distracted to hear their discussions; his mind swirled with thoughts of the beautiful she-cat. Bluefur and Tigerclaw, together again. He wondered about what he meant about Bluefur and Tigerclaw, but he decided it didn't matter; he had found the cat he loved. And would always love. Even after they died.
