I've matured sooo much from this site too. You guys have nooo idea. This-- i don't even know, you just should've seen me. I was the proudest person in the world. I loved this thing like it was my baby. And when it started to die, I tried. So. Hard. And it didn't work. I'd been trying for over a year. It's just very recently when I began to shut down.

Okay, here's the truth that i've been debating on telling you guys: i know i should let you guys make a new one, because it's obvious no one else wants this to die, but to be honest, it's one of the hardest things for me i'll ever have to do right now. This forum holds the biggest place in my heart because of what it used to mean to me. It meant everything. So, if you do make a new one, please make it a lot different. It would absolutely kill me otherwise. And if we went with the other idea, and instead put this one under new management, well, that might be the death of me

Even if i'm tired of trying to get this thing active and the fire that was once there is gone, i cannot possibly give this thing up.

One other thing to consider, guys: Unless there was a rapid influx of new members on the new forum, then there wouldn't be any point in bothering with it, as you'd be with the exact same people, probably discussing the exact same things, etc. Trust me -- I've tried to revive my own forums by making new ones, and it doesn't work unless you pump new blood into it.
So, if anyone is planning on making a new forum, then my advice would be to start advertising it A.S.A.P. =)

That aside, I can't say I'm surprised that the forum is kicking the bucket -- that's partly why I resigned as a moderator, since activity rates kept on roller coastering. =3

Heck, at this rate I keep wondering if the fourm will come back alive just to say goodbye to it, but only to relize, it got active again xD

Wyvern, that's a point I also was thinking about last night.
But yeah, I guess my opinion's really biased though because of the point I mentioned before about how i would die if somebody stripped my administration away from this thing XD even if i don't post anymore.

Cant we just start advertising this site? I think it would be easier to do that then start a new one. With a new site, like Wyvern said without new people its going to be hard to keep it going. TFC is actually a pretty popular site, and making a new one would be harder then advertising this one.

Hmm... If I were to make a new site would people prefer it to be more of an RP site set up, or like this one? I have tow old ones I'd forgotten about, and one's a BA RP setup, and the other's basicly the same as this.

Either way I'm posting a whole thread (possibly a board?) on the new site dedicated to moony and her amaisingness, I wouldn't be the same person if she hadn't brought us all together. [:

God I miss this site too much. I think it would be such a bad thing to give it a new Admin! That would be like having some random guy write new marvel comics... Or like making a cat run microsoft... Or having one Erin Hunter! Bah, notrightnotrightnotright. >.

I agree. There has been so much I have learned here and so many new friends, don't know what I'd do if this site died!
