Chapter 19:

Speed tried to yowl, but more blood came out of him mouth.
Ringo bit deeper, blood filled his mouth, then something threw Ringo's weight off of Speed.
Speed opened his eyes, Mint had jumped on Ringo!
Mint barked "Don't worry about Ringo! Get Trust! My apprentice!"
Mint fought to keep Ringo on the ground,
Ringo struggled to get up, he flipped Mint off and he bit her throat.
Mint yowled to Speed "NOW!"
Speed stood there and looked at Mint's eyes go dull, he ran into the back on the den, he ran into a female wolf,
her blue gaze looked at Speed, her light-brown fur hung lightly on her face, she looked a little older than Speed, but not by a lot, she barked "Is somethi-" She looked up, another yelp came from the front of the front of the den, Trust ran to the front,
Ringo was gone, Mint was laying on the groud, her throat was red all over.
Trust's eyes clouded over, she barked "May StarPack take you nicely, Mint..."
Speed looked at her, he thought 'Ringo...'
Trust sat down next to her dead mentor, she licked her head, her eyes started to water.
Speed wanted to ask Trust to help him and Ray, but now was'nt a good time, he sat down next to her.
"I wonder what's taking Speed so long?" Free barked to Ray.
Ray looked up at her, he barked "I wish I could tell yo- Owww..."
Free licked his head, she barked "I know...I know.."
