Birchpaw looked around. It was on the border of SunsetClan and SeaClan territory. She sniffed around, trying to pick up a scent. It was hard to find one with all the salty air around. She tried to block it out, but it was too strong. She sighed. As she did, her eye caught on something. "What's that?" She asked, pointing a paw at a piece of ripped pelt on a bramble bush.

Silentwind followed her paw with his eyes,and gasped.
Padding over to the bush,he sniffed the piece of fur.
"I don't know why,but It smells familiar,but at the same time,it's new to me."
He whispered to Birchpaw.

Birchpaw looked at the piece. Something clicked in the back of her head. A name came up, but she'd never heard it before. She'd never seen the cat, or even knew what clan he was in.
"Spotfur" She told the medicine cat.

OoC;Erm,Silentwind isn't meddie cat,he's deputy.But the reason he knows so much about herbs is because he used to be Medicine cat apprentice.
