Chase blinked for a moment, then he looked at Lily and gave her a warm smile, he said "Like I said, where ever your heart wants." He continud to walk in a smooth way, he kept his voice at soft and normal tone, his eyes remained silky, but his mind was thinking hard on something, something important. Chase tried to shake the thought away, but it never left his head, he shook his head and muttered to himself "Forget it Chase, it's not happening!" He smirked after he finally got a hold of himself as they continued to walk.
Grant ran into the boys bathroom, he hadn't noticed Buddie. As soon as Grant made sure no one was there he looked in one of the mirrors. He felt his forehead, he didn't have a fever. He shook his head to try to clear it. Grant felt dizzy but once again tried to ignore it. He left the bathroom & saw Buddie walking towards him. He smiled at her to try to show her nothing was wrong.
"Oh, my, gosh, are you okay?" Buddie asked worriedly. She felt his forehead, it wasn't warm, thank goodness. She hugged him tightly, then held him hand to lunch. Buddie always brings her lunch, and when she opened her purple lunchbox, she saw the "CheeseCake Factory's" sandwich. It had ham, turkey, swiss cheese, letuce, and tomatoes in it. Hungrily, Buddie took a HUGE bite. She saw Grant looking at him, shen she laughed.
Grant gave her a shy smile, he wasn't feeling very good but he tried not to show it. There was silence for a few minutes then he looked at Buddie. "How did you turn into a wolf?" this question had been plaguing his mind since he started math class. Grant seemed to be slightly uncomfortable with asking Buddie this question.
Buddie swalowed before she answered Grant's question. "I really don't know," she answered honestly, "But what I remember is that I got REALLY angry and I turned into a wolf. I didn't even know I was a wolf!" Buddie blushed, then bit her sandwich again.
Grant thought about what Buddie told him. He couldn't come up with any explanation. So he gave up & watched Buddie, the feeling in his stomach was still telling Grant of it's presents. He thought it was because Gordon had hit him hard there. Grant wrapped his arm around his stomach & tried to ignore it again.
Buddie noticed Grant clutching his stomach. "Something's wrong, please tell me!?" Buddie pleaded. Putting down her lunch, she faced Grant. "We need to fix you," she whispered. "Before it's too late." Buddie couldn't stop herself, tears ran down her face.
Grant's expression was slightly painful. "I don't know what's wrong." he said in a pain filled voice. What does she mean too late? he thought, he didn't want Buddie to worry about him. He tried to slowly stand up so he could see if he was still dizzy. Grant tried to steady himself when the room started to spin before his eyes.
Buddie saw Grant swaying, and she caught him. Lifting him up gentley, she walked with him to the nurse. She was starving, but ignored the irratation from her stomach. Slowling guiding Grant, she opened the door to the nurse's. "Back again?" the nurse asked. Buddie nodded. "He's not feeling well, he was swaying," Buddie answered. Leaving him there, she left to the gilr's room to cry.
Grant watched Buddie leave with bleary eyes. The nurse sat him down on the bed. "What seems to be the trouble?" she asked him. "My stomach's kinda quezzy (sp?) & I'm really dizzy." he was still holding his stomach. The nurse went to her medicine cabnet & pulled out a container with the label TUMS on it. She handed him two of the tums. "This should help." Grant took the tums & ate them. He left the nurse's & looked around for Buddie.
