Jadie looked at Melvin.
"Are you all right?" she asked. "How's your hand?"
She looked at his hand, wondering if he had gotten all the glass out yet.

Madi froze. his hand! They needed to get the glass out! WHile he was sleeping it had probably gotten deeper in his skin, and it was probably infected. She looked at his hand, red and puffy, yea. Infected. Because they didnt wrap it tight enough, which they werent supposed to becuase of the glass.... Madi quickly took Micha's hand being careful with it. "Wheres the first aid kit?" Madi asked her friends then she looked Micha in the eyes and she began dreaming..... quickly shaking her ead she asked "Micha, can i get the glass out? It will hurt" She warned

Micah looked at his hand. "Ummm....Okay." He murmured. He could tell she was worried. "Don't worry. It's fine."
He looked at his hand again. He could tell it was infected but he diden't want the to worry.

Madi smiled at his bravery she looked ino his cut to see that the glass was burried very deep, carefully she pulled it out slowly,
Trying to avoid any pain. When one peice was out she kept looking for more glass
"Do you feel any glass left in your arm?"

"No." Micah said. "I only used my right arm when i punched it."
He lookeed at his left hand. "At least...I dont think any got in it."

Jadie looked at it.
"It looks clean now, we should just wash it off as soon as we can find water," Jadie suggested.
She looked around. "I wonder if there's a river or something near here?"

Micah looked at her. "A River? if there's a clean river around here.....
That'd be awsome!" He laughed And smiled.

Bella smiled, too.
"That's good, we can get water to drink too," she said. "and if any of it's not clean, we can boil it over the fire to clean it."
She looked at the others, who were still asleep.
"I wonder when they're going to wake up," she said.

"Awesome!" Madi said as she but some of the first aid kits anti-bacteria stuff on his cut. "Lets find one after we get the fire going again... I dont think any of us are up to starting it again." Madi put some more wood on the fire and went to go get some more wood for the pile, to make up for the wood that was just fed to the fire. It was easy to find so when Madi came back in their cave the Wood pile was as tall as ever
