Warrior Cats: The Four Clans

"Well It's bareable. Barely. It's too hot to move but Just alittle cool if you sit in the dust. Well it be much nicer in the safe place. But It will kill you to get there. A narrow path is on a deep canyon. the patrol will be heading out to the safe place and get some water. We'll soak it up with balled up cobwebs." She said then paused. "I hear Amberpaw will bill be heading out on the patrol with us to get some water. we may see some prey like mice running around on the dirt." She chuckled with a smile. This heat is unberable for forest kits. Thses kits will be born as heat tolorent kits.

"Well Leafdapple ready to set out with Riverstone and Amberpaw?" She said with out a second thought. "We'd better wake them now. Good day to you featherstorm." SHe said as she bowed and walked out of the den. "come on Leafdapple!" She hollard as she padded up the huge moud to the deputy burrow. 'Riverstone! Wake up! We'll be leaving to the patrol. We'll go on without you." SHe said as she flicked her sleak tail and tickled Riverstone's nose with it.

" Okay... bye Featherstorm.... " she raced out of the nursery, and skidded into Owlscar, on accident. She hissed, " I am so clumsy sometimes.... " She then saw what happened..... " Mousedung, I am so sorry.... Owlscar... " She looked down. Leafy had to admit Owlscar was really cute, but nobody knew she liked him like that.

Featherstorm stared after where the others had went and gave a soft sigh. Now what? It was the same routine everyday. Sit around in camp until she got fat and do nothing to help. She knew that the cats in this clan didnt like her but she still wanted to do her best to help them. She frowned softly and padded slowly to the den entrance. Her green eyes glanced down at the hill mound that rose incredibily high in to the sky. Her eyes gazed toward the large canyon from which the clan had gotten its name. Before Featherstorm was a warrior she had been a rogue and had learned many of the things that were in the clan territory were built by humans. Two small human dens were close to the entrance by the Thunderpath. There was a large metal machine with a pathway that led up. When the twolegs were around the pathway would move bringing dirt up to the top of the large machine.
Featherstorm sigh and padded out on to the narrow pathways that the clan had made to get around the hill. She padded to the top and laid down on her side letting the sun warm her swollen belly. She felt a soft kick and grinned to herself. Would these kits look like her? Or like their father. Even though she didnt like the tom anymore she couldnt help but admit he was a handsome tom. With a sigh she rolled over and closed her eyes.
