Hogwarts
year one

Welcome to Hogwarts, where the best Witches and Wizzards have made themselves known! This is your first year, and you're all eleven. You won't find a boyfriend or girlfriend, but you will form friendships that will last throughout your seven years here. To be in this RP, you must have either read one of the books, or watched one of the movies. There will be a limit of five to this RP, but anyone who wants to join will be put on the waiting list. If you havn't posted for seven days, then on the eighth day, you will be removed from the RP. One person from the waiting list will be added.

When the Rp has started, you must post a 100 word minimum including;

  • Recieving your letter and how those around you reacted
  • Buying the equipment for school
  • Finding your way on the train
  • Is your family muggles, magic, or both?
  • Any siblings that are already at Hogwarts, or will be in the future? Keep in mind, that all magical siblings go to Hogwarts.
All RP rules apply here, but I have my rules on Magic in this RP. You can come up with a random magic object, but you must describe it's use when it's mentioned. If it's something as big as bringing someone back to life, there must be a demeaning quallity as well. Such as... It brings whoever you want back to life, but at the cost of your own. Get it? =3 You can have some things like a ball that has a gas turning red if you forgot something that has no demeaning qualitys. You can come up with any weird food or candy you want as long as others can tell it's food.


 

Magic doesn't always work exactly the way you want it to every time. Make silly mistakes! Not everyone's the hero! Make sure you get in trouble at least once, even if you make it not your fault. I don't want to completely lead this RP, so everyone should get to RP the teachers.



 

The current plot for this RP, is that our newest Dark Arts teacher, Mrs. Kindlebottom, seems to be hiding something. She's a nice old lady, but whenever gems or jewlry are mentioned, she kind of... Twitches. Yeah, you heard me right. She twitches, then ignores whoever's talking. Five students notice something's up and try to find out more. Some look up gems and jewlry of the Dark Arts in the library, some ask her themselves.

Goals

Find out what she's hiding
Make bonds with the other five students; all become friends at the end no matter what.
Don't find love! We're eleven for god's sake! Sure, boys are "cute", and girls are "pretty", but we're not looking for soul mates in our first year! xD keep this Rp going smoothly, and you'll make it to the seccond year, where I'll allow crushes. n.n
Pass final exams
try not to get in trouble
survive your first year... alive, preferrably.

Appreance: Chocolate brown hair and silver-blue eyes. light freckles on pale skin.
Lineage: Grandmother
Personality: Brooke is out of the ordinary, but seems normal. She cuts up her clothes, and sews them back togeather. She doesn't care what others think, and tends to tell alot of her life to everyone.

Full name: Jayden Channing 
Gender: Male
Appreance: Medium height. Fairly skinny, but not anorexic-looking. His skin is somewhat pale. He has long-ish, light brown hair. It's long enough to cover his ears. His bangs almost cover his eyes, which are bright, bright blue.
Lineage: He is Muggle-born - a "Mudblood" - though his older sister, Aria, is already a student at Hogwarts, so Jayden's magical blood is nothing new to his family. Aria is a fourth year.
Personality: Jayden's personality is quite unusual. He is very smart, but sometimes chooses not to use his intelligence. His sense of humor is quite lame sometimes, but he makes lame joked on purpose. He flirts lightly, and often. With just about any girl he sees. He is very kind and is well-liked by many. But sometimes he has mood swings, and goes into "seclusion." He is very dark sometimes, but mostly he is happy and cheerful, cracking jokes all the time. His similarity is to James Potter and the Weasley twins.

Full name:  Taylor Even
Gender: Female
Appreance: A tall wavy blond haired girl with pale blue eyes. Rosy cheeks and red lips.
Lineage: none. she's a 'mudblood'
Parsonality: A shy and sweet girl. A lot like Hermoine, except for the 'snobbiness' or the 'bossiness'. Great at magic and gets teased because she's the only magical person in her family line.

Full name: Lucius J. Kaluf
Gender: MALE (Jeez, you all picked girls. xD)
Appreance: Short, tussled, blond hair, with dark forest green eyes, has soft skin, which is slightly tanned
Lineage: Mother and Father, skipped his father's parents, but his great-grandparents on both sides had magic

Username: Ebony
Full name: Reginald (Reggie) Wilkins
Gender: Male
Appreance: Fairly tall boy with short spikey dark ginger hair. He has one green eye and one blue eye so that when he looks at you its hard to focus on him. He has an odd by nice smile as well.
Lineage: great's grandfather was a wizard but the next generation wasnt magical. Then was born with magical powers.
Parsonality: Kind of shy when it comes to his powers because he has a bad habit of blowing things up. Even with a simple spell he will usually wind up injured.

"Gryffindor had Potions first, Herbology second, and Defence against the Dark Arts after lunch. On tuesday, they had Transfiguration first, Charms second, and History of Magic after lunch. Astronomy was held at twilight at the highest tower at Hogwarts."
