Winterstorm tossed and amused glance at Oakstar. "Well? They have been waiting for a while. Breezepaw also helped you out with finding Fireleaf and if Rabbitpaw hadnt stepped up to lead the apprentices, the elders would have been stuck in the fire." She back a fond glance to the young aprentices. The hills that she had known since she was a kit had gotten even farther behind them now. They were mearly a line on the horizon. A thunderpath came in to view up ahead but no two leg monsters crossed it. It seemed empty that night. Winterstorm was glad for that.

Breezepaw smiled and looked over to Rabbitpaw. "Wow! You lead the apprentices? Looks like Im in the presence of a future leader" He bowed down almost letting Fireleaf go but fixed him into position again. Smiling again he gave an amused meow then looked strait. They had gone far since when they started and now Breezepaw felt homesick. Trying not to show it he looked back to see the other cats following his mentor Hazelwing was right behind him giving him a questiongly look. Like if he was fit to be a warrior. Not letting her speak he looked strait again and started talking. "Hazelwing you know Ive done my best, you just still want an apprentice. The older cat nodded then once she was at Breezepaws side and gave him flick on the ear with her tail. "Yea...your right."

Oakstar glanced at the two apprentices and smiled a bit. "Warriors, eh?" He said. He looked up at thr dark sky and smiled warmly. "Alright," He began. "I think you two are ready." He looked back at the two and smiled warmly. "Once we find a new place, i'll give you your warrior names."

Breezepaw gave a yowl of happiness but then corrected himself, and talked calmly. "Thank you Oakstar. I cant wait." He looked over at Rabbit paw and smiled. They would finally be warriors but it would be in a different home. Lowering his head a little Breezepaw felt the rain come down harder then before. A loud crack screeched through the sky as light flashed. Shaking he looked at Fireleaf and back att Oakstar. "Oakstar...can we stop please...If the rain doesnt stop Ill be tripping over my paws!" Feeling his pelt get soaked he looked over to Fireleaf again. "And I think Fireleaf might need some medicine."

Rabbitpaw was filled with pride and excitement at the thought of having her warrior name! She turned to Breezepaw but saw him shiver under the heavily pouring rain. "Yeah, Oakstar i think it would be best if we rested. I know the elders and sick cats will be feeling tired with all this rain."

Winterstorm nodded at the young apprentices. "I think we should stop as well." The black and white deputy glanced around to find any sort of shelter. There were a few trees with thick fern bushes beside them. They would make a good temporary home for the night.

Oakstar stared at the two apprentices and gave a soft nod. "All right," He said. He followed winterstorms glance and saw the tree and fern bushes. He looked over at the black and white deputy and nodded. Looking back at all the other cats of the clan, he said, "We will rest here for the night under these trees and bushes." He walked over and sniffed to make sure it was fine. He looked at breezepaw and flicked his tail towards a large bush. "Place fireleaf here for the night." He let out a small cough and nodded. "And i'll carry fireleaf once we move out again."

Breezepaw carried Fireleaf to the bush and gently laid him there turning around he saw Mudwhisker walk over with herbs in his mouth and sit next to him. "He's going to be ok right?" He asked the medicine cat. Turning around Mudwhisker looked at him and smiled. Without replying he nodded and started to work on Firelaf.
Taking a last glance at the two cats Breezepaw walked next to a tree and sat down, looking around at all the cats.

Oakstar sat down next to one of the trees and sighed. He looked up at the glowing star and his eyes twinkled. Thank you, Starclan....For getting us all out alive. The old cat thought. He closed his eyes for a moment to think of windclan camp before it had caught on fire. With another sigh, the leader laid down in the scratchy grass.

Fireleaf's ear twitched a bit and his eyes slowly opened, showing his bright green color. His eyes scanned the place. He had no idea where he was. He looked up at mudwhisker. "Where am i?...." He whispered. He wasn't really remembering much at the moment from the fall in the cave, but he knew he wasn't in windclan.

MudWhisker looked up from where he was finishing with the herbs. "Fireleaf! Oh thanks starclan!" He began recalling the story Breezepaw had told him while he sat down. "The fire started and you were trapped in a silver cage. While the clan was getting out of the camp Breezepaw ran to get you and got trapped in the fire with you. You yowled so much Oakstar went and found him they took you out of the cage and climbed a monster then made it back here." He looked over to Breezepaw then Oakstar. "They saved your life. If it wasnt for them...well you'll be up in starclan right now."

Breezepaw looked up to see Fireleaf move walking over to the cats he looked at the him. "How you feeling Fireleaf? You had some burns on you."
