Breezepaw nodded and followed his scenses alert for anything unusual. Looking up at Oakstar he could see the cat seemed a little weaker, and the cough he had made when he talked didnt seem to sound healthy. Walking up to his side Breezepaw searched the leaders face. "Are you ok Oakstar?"

The old leaders ears perked up and he looked at Breezepaw. "Quite fine." He lied. The leader looked away. No...He wasn't fine. He knew his time would be coming soon when he looses his last life. The old cat was getting to old to help the clan any more. Soon he'd join starclan.

Looking ahead Breezepaw didnt believe the old leader. He knew he was getting old and soon Winterstorm would have to step in to be leader. Yawning Breezepaw looked up at the sky. It was getting dark and soon silverpelt would show. He wouldnt be sleeping in the comfortable apprentice den anymore and wont wake up in the camp too. Looking back at Oakstar he frwned. "Oakstar? Are we going to find are new home soon?"

Oakstar looked at the young apprentice. "i hope." He whispered. "But i'm not sure." Soon, he caught the scents of the three cats. He saw them but sadly they only caught two mice. "Great work," Oakstar said. "Lets go back now." With a cough, he turned and began to walk back.

Rabbitpaw had been helping the elders get their nests for the night in order. Her bright amber eyes were kindly to the older cats. She turned on her small paws and caught glances of apprentice that werent helping other cats settle in. Rather they sat around either moping or frightened. Rabbitpaw puffed up her furry little chest and trotted over to them. "Runningpaw, Nightpaw and Robinpaw," the three apprentices looked toward her almost as if they expected to see a warrior commanding them. Disappointment flooded their eyes as they gazed at her. "Dont just sit there like lumps. Twigtail, Mousestep and Toadmask need your help settling in, or would you rather sit here getting your fur soaked?" The three other apprentices glanced at eachother warily but nodded in agreement. They all left to help the three elders find a place to sleep. With that Rabbitpaw gave a saticfied smile and turned. She headed off to find other apprentices that needed something to do.

Fireleaf opened his eyes again. Even if he tried to sleep all he saw was that horrible fire again. He slowly tried to stand up. He looked around at all the cats. He blinked and looked at Rabbitpaw. He smiled warmly. She was ready to be a warrior, and a great one she would make. Breezepaw was as well. The ginger warrior smiled at the that and sat down.

Breezepaw nodded to Oakstar and raced walked through the trees back to the spot they had choosen to rest at. Once at the temporary camp he put down the mouse he collected on the way and placed in a small dent in the ground where someone had brought a small robin. Even though he was hungry the elders and queens needed the food first. Looking around he saw Runningpaw and Nightpaw walk over to the pile and bring the prey to the elders. Sighing Breezepaw looked around for something to do. The rain was letting up a little but he was beginning to get restless. Spotting Rabbitpaw ordering the other apprentices around he walked over to her and bowed. "Is there anything you'll like me to do young noble leader." Smiling he looked up to her to see what she would say.

Oakstar dropped his bird in the pile and turned and bowed his head to the two warriors and the apprentice that tagged along. "Thanks for your help." He smiled and then walked over to a tree and sat down. He looked around wondering if all the cats would be able to make it to camp. So many were sick and some exepecting kits. Oakstar sighed and looked down.

Smiling again Breezepaw jolted up before Rabbitpaw could speak and walked over to Oakstar. Looking up at the sky he saw the rain was letting up but not that much. Frowning he sat down and sighed. "Oakstar? Are we going to be able to leave today? Or are we going to have to stay?" Breezepaw looked at the leader and waited for his reply.
