IC: Kenzie followed him silently stopping when he stops walking when he walked.

OOC: He should push her into a room with a clown or something.

Kari scooted closer to Derric nervously and hugged him softly. She didn't give him a big hug because she wanted him to be able to pull away if he wanted to. "I know your scared and it okay. It's a very legit fear unlike the fear of spiders."she said rambling slightly. "It won't take you over forever"she added looking up at him.

IC: Derlock knew Kenzie was behind him, he opened the large door & disappeared. He reappeared & pushed her into the room. Derric looked at Kari when she hugged him, bit his lips abit to keep from blushing. His cheeks were slightly pink & he looked up at her, he caught her scent. He took slowly, long breathes to smell her scent.

Kenzie flew downt the stairs and landed in a heap on the ground. "Ehhh"she whinned and started to pull herself up. Someone helped her up "Thanks"she said looking and saw the face of a clown. She screamed and pushed away from him and scooted away backwards. She bumped into another one and freaked. She looked around and noticed that she was surrounded. She huddled in a corner as silent tears ran down her cheeks.

Kari looked up at him and said "If you want me to I'll stop. You just looked like you needed a hug."she went to let her hands slide away.

Derlock closed the door so Kenzie was in the dark with the clowns. Derric was so engrossed in Kari's scent he didn't respond right away, he realised she was talking to him & he shook his head. He looked up at Kari "Thanks." he had a small smile. He heard Kenzie & looked at the door, "I think Kenzie's in trouble." He looked back at her & noticed his ears were slightly pointed.

Kari looked at the closed door and then back at Derric. "I-I have to help her. I can't just leave her."she whispered urgently. Part of her wanted to stay with him but the other part of her told her to go save her sister. She looked at him with sad eyes "But I promised you that I wouldn't leave"

Kenzie was crying still "Kari!"she cried out as loud as she could without her voice braking. The clowns were not mean they were nice and just wanted to talk to her because they hadn't had vistors in for ever.

OOC: cool, are the clowns from a real circus?
IC: Derric looked down & nodded, he slowly slid down the wall. He sat on the floor & looked up at Kari in a mixed emotional expression. But he didn't hate her for wanting save her sister, "Okay." He nodded & looked down at the ground, he glanced at the darkening sky. He put his arms around himself & looked up at Kari to watch her leave.

Kari looked at him and had hurt in her eyes. She turned to leave but then stopped and came to him. She bent down and hugged him once more. "Please don't hate me. Please I jsut really need to do this. I promise I'll be back."she said and noticed for the first time that she still smelled like the srap she had on from earlier. It smelled of peaches. Slowly getting up she headed for the door. When she opened it looking back at her was a giant spider

"Hi my name is Oliver" it said with a country accent.

Kari screamed and slammed the door. She was shaking with fear from the encounter with Oliver.

"But I just wanna be your frieeeeend"he said dragging out the 'e' in friend.

Derric heard Kari & looked up at the door, he swallowed. He stood up & started to walk up the stairs. He saw her shivering & slowly made his way up to her, but he stopped. A sudden cramp developed in his stomach, he wrapped his arms around his stomach. He leaned against the wall slid to the floor, felt the hair in on his hands grow. "Are you...okay?"

"Th-there i-is a sp-sp-spider"she said walking back to him and sliding to the floor. She put her arms around her knees and looked straight ahead at the door. She would be fine in a few minutes if you just gave her some time.

Kenzie was still crying in the corner and shaking. Her fear of clowns was worse than Kari's fear of Spiders. She kept her eyes down loking at her shoes.
