IC: So... dizzy...
He awoke with a headache, barely able to recall what had jsut happened moments ago. He vaguely remembered being at home, feeding his pet cat, when a strange feeling - almost like Apparation, only much, much rougher - had come over him.
Kyle oepned his eyes. The collar around his neck dug into his collarbone, and he felt around in his jacket for his wand.
Bingo: Little did anyone other than himself know, his wand was always stored in a very small, pocket-like part of his jacket, disguised as a mere button. Sataisfied with the results of his search, he pushed himself up, leaning against the wall as he looked at the other prisoners.
"Hello?" he said quietly, his slight British accent evident. "Who are you?"

Will's attention was caught by another voice. So another person had finally recovered from whatever had happened in the strange light that caused them to be here. Will sent a nervous glance to the others who were awake before he decided to speak. "I am Will Rochester and this is... Pet" HE pointed to the girl who was still holding her nose. Th hazel eyed boy was going to introduce the Irish girl, if only her name didnt escape him. He gave a nervous sigh and took a few steps away from the girls so he could get a good look at the newest one to be awake. The boy looked to be a normal person. Not like the hideous creatures Will had seen outside. "Who are you?"

Pet took her hand away from her nose not able to resist breathing in his scent as he walked past her. She tried not to make it noticable but if you where looking for it you could tell it in her eyes. Looking tot he new comer she gave a small wave before taking off her small gloves and putting them neatly in her pocket. For the first time since arriving she wondered if any of them noticed she was a vampire. When they found out she hoped they would exclude her. She noticed fro the first time the scent of something clinging to the wizard.

"Cat?"she whispered

IC: "Yeah... my cat, Silax," Kyle replied. "Anyway, my name is Kyle Vladymus, wizard extrodinare. A pleasure to meet you, I suppose. Anyone happen to know how we got here?"
He slowly stood up, placing a hand on his side. He didn't know why, but his left side was hruting a lot. He figured the guys who had brought him here had smacked him there or something; it wouldn't have surprised him, given the circumstances...
Whatever, he thought. I've had worse.

Will tossed a glance at Pet for a moment. She surely had a sharp sense of smell. It was the first thing she had noticed about himself and then about the new boy. He narrowed his eyes slightly but shook it off. Before he opened his mouth he inspected Kyle, "I dont exactly know how you got here but all i remember before i awoke out on the large arena out there," will pointed to the force field entry way that led down the long hallway to the outside, "Is a large flash of light and then i awoke beside you guys. Some anouncer or something out there said we were to be combatents. I am not sure exaclty what that means but it seems that all of us have the same colored collar. Thats all i know so far... The rest of the people or animals in here seem to be in a groggy state." Will's hazel eyes turned to the wolf and the large cat. "See? They seem dazed to me."

"I see," Kyle said quietly, taking a moment to look at all of the other strange things in the room. There was a wolf, a dog-sized cat, and some weird lizard-like thing with a blade on its back. Weird...
He pulled out his wand, fiddling with it in his hand. He needed time to figure this out; given what the other boy had said, though, he didn't think he had much of that. Vaguely, he wondered whether or not he'd be able to get the door open...

IC: Saw-back groaned. What happened? He thought. He lifted his head and looked around. He appeared to be in a small room with a large cat, wolf, and humans. The humans were already awake. Saw-back began stretching once he had stood up.
"So...Do any of you know what's going on? It would be nice to know your names too. Mine's Saw-back."

Will gasped in shcok when the large lizard creature talked! Before he could let out any sort of reply a familiar gruttle voice boomed, "So a few of ya are awake then?" The hazel eyed boy whipped his head around to see the large minotar beast that had pushed them all down the hall to here. In its arms were two metal suites of armor, a few sheilds and a few weapons. Will staggered back a bit as the minotar loomed before him. "The boss says that there are two defenses creatures in here that need armor and weapons." The beast dropped the items it carried. "You were one of them, take a suite of armor and a weapon then beat it." The beast's eyes turned to the irish girl and it growled again, "You too. Pick one." Will was confused but did as he was told. A leather suit of armor was the one he picked out, along with a bow and a quiver of arrows. How the heck was he supposed to use this?
