Will shifted in his shallow sleep. Hearing voices around him wasnt helping his nerves. The voices that tickled and taunted his ears were slightly familiar, yet he knew that they werent the voices of the people he loved and cared about. No these were the voices of the creatures that were in the boat as him. A warm tail was drapped over his back when he opened his eyes to see who was talking. With a grunt he rolled over and snuggled his face in teh soft warm white fur that was right next to him. His mind was blank as to who the warm material belonged to. Rather he was just it was there like a comfort blanket.

Duskheart gave a startled yelp and leaped into the air when the timid boy - Will - snuggled up to her. She still wasn't used to being so close to Twolegs. Her fur bristled unconsciously, and she had to fight to keep her claws sheathed.

Will's eyes shot open when he heard the elp. His hazel eyes flared open wide and he stumbled back. The white wolf Tella whom he had been sleeping next to stirred slightly but didnt wake up. Will's eyes sought the source of the yelp only to see Duskheart giving him an indignant look. "What?" he asked nervously. The rest of the group seemed to have settled down for the night and were slipping in to their own dreams. It was pretty much just Will and Duskheart that were awake now. "Why did you yelp?"

OOC; Sorry for the double post but i have made a very basic version of a map of where our characters are at. It will be on the 4th post of the first page. We can use this so everyone kind of has an idea of what things look like rather than having ten different versions of where we are ;)

The minotaur grunted with disgust before he reopened the door and closed it after picking up the dead man. "Filthy scum." The Beast spat. He stopped down the hall and diappeared around a corner and put the man's body back where he had brought him from. Once that was done he resumed his place back at the force field.

Will had been on high alert since Duskheart had yelped and now seeing the dead old man's body being carried out of the cage freaked him out. His hazel eyes were wide with intense fear. He shrank back against the wall, trying to meld with it so he could be away from the blood thirsty creature across the cage.

Pet's head snapped around to where she smelled fear. Her eyes softened but they still had the glow to them. "Will I swear I would never hurt any of you."she said walking slowly to him. "Please don't be afraid of me." when she said this she reached her hand out and touched his with her danity hand. She knew this was going to happen soon enough but she was hoping it wouldn't happen so soon.

Will flinched away from her involuntarily. His body trembled softly as he shrank back even more. He opened his mouth to talk but no sound came out. Will glanced away trying to calm himself. If this creature had wanted to eat him or anyone on the team she would have done i rather than asking guard to bring her some. Even though that was the logical reason behind her actions Will still couldnt get the image of the limp body out of his mind.

Pet sighed and took her hand back spinning around.
"He was going to die anyway"she said under her breath in her defense
Slowly she walked back to her corner and sat in the shadows quietly not looking in their directions. By now she was used to the rejection and isolation that came with being a vampire but this one hurt worse because she had thought of Will as a friend and now he looked at her like a monster. She pulled her hat off and sat it infront of her on the ground.
