"We're not. So I'll go back now. Remember, I was out on some kind of journey. One or two of you can have been with me, but if we all use the same excuse, they'll think something's up. Dustpaw, maybe you could say that you kinda forgot since you lost your last life, but they shouldn't ask anyway, because you're their leader. Anyway, I guess you guys can look around here. I'll be back at the camp though." With a small grin, she turned and dashed off, following the trail of their scents on the way here, and letting her knowledge guide her. The terrain wasn't all that different, except for the fact that everything seemed to be greener and darker.

"No," she whispered, turning to Dustpaw. Everyone was having crazy conclusions. The last thing they wanted to do was tell anyone that they were apprentices! Telling them they were on a jorney? Based on what she'd heard so far, they'd been there a good while. "We have to keep up the charade. I think before we jump to any conclusions," she stared nervously after Rainpaw, "We should sort things out. Until then, we shouldn't mention a thing, but it's too late to stop Rainpaw." Lilypaw nodded from what she'd heard earlyer. "No, it couldn't have been a monster. If it was a two-leg monster, the camp would be torn to pieces. What I want to know, is what happened to LeafClan? They can't have just..." she couldn't finish the scentence. Not because it would upset her, but because it didn't seem true, and saying it would be like giving up. "All this is just too crazy," She hung her head, "We can't do anything dramatic just yet." but her paws itched to do something. She wouldn't survive sitting around and not doing anything, but it was what she knew she had to do at this point. What could she do? Chase doen StarClan and ask them herself?

Rainpaw reached the camp, and saw what she had not seen earlier. Many of the cats looked too thin to be healthy clan cats, and there was a sentry at the waterfall. There was also an exit on the other side of the waterfall, tiny, narrow, and almost invisible. She trotted back to camp at an easy pace, to show that she wasn't in any danger, and the sentry relaxed from his stiff-tail position. She grinned at him reassuringly and he just looked strangely back at her. "What?" She asked as she passed by.
"Why are you smiling? What if they come back?" he asked her, his fur bristling.
"Who are you talking about?" she asked, unsure.
"You mean you don't remember?" He asked back, astonished.
"Don't you remember? I was gone. I came back and there was blood all over the place and you guys were all out in the waterfall!" She exclaimed.
"Th-that's right..." he murmured.
"So will you tell me when you're off sentry?" She asked again.
"Sure." He grinned nervously back at her and she padded into the camp.

Hey spottednose! Welcome to the forum! Go over to the Choosing Your Positions board and post the form to become an apprentice. Moonstar or Ebonycloud or one of the mods will hold your ceremony really soon after that, and I'm afraid Moonstar will have to change your name to Spottedpaw for awhile, only until you reached 100 posts! =)

Dustpaw nodded at her advice. "So then we are to call one another by our... warrior names then?" It felt odd to think about. He really hadnt earned the name Duststar, but if it was for the good of his friends he would bear it until he got back. But if he was named Duststar, that ment he was also their leader! He couldnt call the shots! Well, for now he would take the advice of his "deputy" and his "warriors". With a sigh and trotted closer to Lilypaw, "So," he started again, "Let get back to the camp and lay low for a while. I think you and i can manage to think of a way to send out patrols and if that isnt normal we will tell them that we had a bad dream or something about the old days and got confused." His amber eyes trailed to Earthpaw and Shadowpaw. The two cats had been listening to the whole exchange.

"Yeah, but the thing is..." Lilypaw took a deep breath. She hoped her idea wasn't true, but it was a posibility. She changed her mind at the last second. "Nerermind." She laughed, starting back to camp, hoping the others were following close behind, "It isn't that importaint. Now let's... Try our best." She hadn't been an apprentice that long, but she knew enough to know the basics of a clan. Like that the Leader, Deputy, and Medicine Cat hung out alot. Who was their Medicine Cat?

((By the way, I think it's great that we assume the clan in the cave is LeafClan, but for the sake of the NPCs, it isn't really LeafClan. I'm not saying where the real LeafClan is yet, but the clan in the cave is a combo of our characters, and a bunch of loners/rogues. PM me if you ahve any questions [i can be confuzzling. xD] ))
