Ash smilled, she knew French, " Salut, Parlez-vous Anglais? ( Hi, do you speak English?) Je m'appelle Ashely.( My name is Ashely) " She looked at the Julie and smilled. Her amber eyes shone brightly. When she was littile her mom and dad, who were archeoligists, moved to France for 3 months. She had to learn French and now she could speak it fluently. She looked around at the small area they were in.

Hearing Ashely, she smiled. "Oui, je parle anglais... un peu," Julie said quickly with a laugh. "Comment ca va?" she asked questioningly. For once there was someone else who would speak French fluently like her! But she remembered his grand-pere would've prefered she could speak English now that she was eighteen. Once again her ADD had struck, and she shifted was she was doing yet again. Of course she listened to the others, but she had the need to... drift off. Let her hands be preoccupied. Usally her ADD wasn't that bad... But the sudden change must've made her head go... BOOM. It was just too much for her, and she couldn't handle it well enough, so she kept changing, changing, changing. Moving her hands, her feet, her eyes would constantly watch the snow fall -- one, no, another, now one more -- and again and again.

Richard nodded softly to Julie. He turned away as to not inturrupt the girls as they talked. He felt a bit out of place now that he didnt have any to talk to. It must have been exciting to know that there was another person that could speak your language around. He usually took for granted the fact that others understood him. He sighed and turned away. A chill ran trhough him but he simply ignored it. With that he trotted off to find a way to make himself useful. His dark eyes moved around and caught sight of Gideon doing something over by the snow shelters. He knitted his brows again. He would have gone over to investigate but thought beter of it. He didnt want to seem like he was pestering the boy. Again he shrugged and moved off to investigate the condition of the other kids that had fallen out of the sky.

"Oi what's wrong with french girl?" he said and blue some smoke. He emediatly retured back to normal. "Ashes, can you figure out what is wrong with her?" He said staring at Julie with his deep grey eyes.

Ash laughed and said, " C'est un plaisir de vous rencontrer. (Nice to meet you) Je vais bien, merci! (I'm fine, thanks) Puis-je vous présenter, Telec and Aera? (May I introduce, Telec and Aera)" She smiled at Julie and pointed to her friends. She stood up and walked over to Julie. She smiled and gave her a warm hug. She reminded her of one of her good friends. She gave a nervous smile at Richard. But then she saw that the girl was in pain, " Qu'est-ce qu'il y a? ( What's the matter?) "

Hugging Ashely, she sighed greatly and laughed, "Quelqu'un qui parle français!" Blinking, Julie explained. "J'ai ADD ; un cas mineur, mais elle obtient hors de la main lorsque je suis souligné." Hoping that sumed it up, she stared at the dragon-boy named Telec and then stated, "I am not deaf -- I speak Englis and hear it too." Her voice was not harsh, but stern -- a sharp enough edge you could tell she was irritated, but kind enough the person would not be hurt. Smiling neatly to Ashely, she pulled away so she could release her hair from the pony-tail... her ears were finally feeling the cold.

I REEAAALLLLLYYY need to freshen up on my french... been a while since i've spoken it... :o

Mikaela smiled at Julie. The only language she knew was English, with a few words in other languages but nothing else. She was taught how to speak Spanish in high school, but considering Mikaela, she didn't soak any of it in. She sat down on the floor, picking up the ice cold snow and letting it fall through the cracks in between each finger. She liked the feeling of it, ticklish but comfortable. Everything was weird and awkward. All the people here read the book Rosewood and suddenly ended up here. And all of the people had powers. Mikaela personally liked hers the best. It was pretty normal now, since hearing people's thoughts were pretty much the same as hearing words being spoken out loud. It just floated into her head and she listened to the stuff she wanted to. Mikaela just wished that she could hear something useful about RoseWood.

"You'll find me hard to affend, french." He growled. "Well now what? I think that's everybody we can find, what's our little journey inot a book gunna make for us?" He yawned. "Because I'm quite bored and nothing exciting has come." He said sitting on a log. "And I'm guessing the fastest way to travel is Telec Airlines." He chuckled.
