Ic: Being a barista was something Lucia had always loved. It was fun making coffees and pleasing other people with the drinks. Starbucks was both famous and infamous for it's delicious drinks, both addicting, and sometimes quite expensive. She had heard the unofficial nickname of 'Fourbucks,' according to the price of most grande drinks. She had just served up a caramel machiatto and took a sip of her own caramel frapuccino. Free drinks while on duty. Who wouldn't like that? "Hey Luc! Tall espresso, one shot!" Ryan, the cashier, called over to her. She took the cup from him and prepared the drink, putting it over on the counter when she was finished. "Tall espresso, single shot!" She called into the store, summoning the customer who the drink belonged to.

George High-fived back, bumping into his shoulder in greeting. He took the order to sit graciously. He didn't think he'd sat sense midnight. "Yessir." He replied, stealing a gulp of his water. Nobody knew about his job, and he didn't make one up to cover for himself. he just said it was good paying and came home with anything from nothing, to a thousand dollars a night. He always put some of it in the box. Didn't know what he was saving for, but it seemed importaint.

All of a sudden, four little paws found purchase on his lap, and a cold, wet nose on his cheek. He scratched the puppy behind the ears with a grin. "You're the cutest, Mate," He cooed, "You'll end up the most spoiled puppy in the whole city." And of course it would be true. They all loved pets, or at least he thought so. ((Can it be a golden retriever? I love retrievers <3 But then again, your charrie bought it, and I don't mind whatever breed :3))

George didn't miss the exchange and punched his friend on the shoulder. "Lady's man." he joked. The waitress came back with the chair, and George waited to see what she did next like a Soap opera.

ooc; You can bend light to make illusions, like mirages...you know like, when its really hot you think you can see water on the ground? Things like that. You can also create light and literally bend it to hold a ball of light in your hand; you make it tangible. You can deflect it off yourself so you're sorta invisible; you know, like, people can't really see you because no light is reflecting off your body.

Light powers are pretty sweet :)

Kayden chuckled and rolled his eyes at George. The waitress came back with another chair and held it out for Kayden to sit down, a hopeful look in her eyes. Kayden smiled his thanks at her, and she immediately turned even redder; she returned the smile. Without a word, she motioned for him to sit; Kayden dipped his head. "Thanks 'sweetie,' I've got it," he said, holding in laughter; he used the pet name just to see her reaction. It looked like she nearly fainted. "N-no problem," she breathed, and backed away, nearly tripping over her own feet. Once she was gone, Kayden cracked up laughing and collapsed into the chair.

Ooc: xD While you're explaining powers, might I ask what the air power is limited/unlimited to?

ooc; Air...you can sorta control the weather, but only within like 2 feet of you. So you can make your own bubble, sorta. If it's raining, you can make your own layer of air...say, your own atmosphere...to keep the rain out. You can also control the temperature inside that radius.
You can also SORTA fly, because you can make the air lift you up. (you can do it to other people too, but it takes more of your strength.) But "flying" drains a ton of your energy, so mostly, you'd just use it to jump high when you need to and stuff. Plus, you can't go higher than a 2-story building; too many interferences.
I think that's it...uh...oh, you can swim underwater, because you can make your air bubble thing. But underwater your bubble is weaker, so you can only last like 10 minutes underwater.

IC: Ash burst out laughing. " Dude, she was all over you. " She smilled and closed her eyes and she kept laughing. Then in a few minutes the watress came back, " Are you ready to order? " Ash murmered, " I'd like the #2, which is the hamburger with fries. But insted of a hamburger can I have a turkey one? " The girl nodded and then turned to Kayden .

Kayden looked up and winked at the waitress, just for fun. She turned even redder, if that was possible. "Can I have a BLT, with extra lettuce please?" he asked sweetly. "Anything for you," the girl giggled. Kayden grinned crookedly. "Excellent."

Ash murmered, " Well excuse me, he's my boyfriend. " She pushed closer to Kayden and pused her hand over his mouth quickly and bent down fast to make it look like she was kissing him. She finished and sat back down. The girl gasped and said, " Oh, I'm sorry. " Ash nodded towards her.

Kayden straightened up again, his eyes wide. His cheeks were slightly red as he stared at Ashley. Seeing into her thoughts, he turned even redder. He looked up at the waitress, who quickly dashed away.(Let's pretend George ordered. haha)
Kayden rounded on Ashley. "What the -" he swore "- was that about?!" he cried.
