So, for those who don't know (most of you,) one of my classmates commited suicide on 11/4/10. I didn't know him incredibly well, but he welcomed me to CHS last year and we were on good terms, especially since he always offered me a spot on his team in our Net Games class.
So, yeah, kind of late in posting this, but that's how life works. My school is having a memorial service for him on Monday, which I'm obviously going to go to.
Brandon? that's a sweet name for him, I knew someone else who was also kind with that name.
...that'sr eally terrable. Back in 2008 when i was in sixth grade, an eighth grader that was very wel known around my school and was famouse for her great leadership skills committed suicide... everyone was crying at school the next day becaue they all loved her so much. Plus almost everyone at the school was related to her. My sisters cried too because they knew her really well. I was crying about it too, even if I'd only known her for a month. She was a pretty nice person and talked tome when no one else would.
But hey, social status doesn't matter, whether they're famouse on the grounds or a back class kid. At least he matters to someone. I hope that you have a good time at the memorial service...and yeah, rest in Peace Bandon.
Thanks Scorchie; that means a lot to me. <3 But yeah; he was really well-known and liked by pretty much everyone, and we're all still in pain from his loss, despite it happening a little over two weeks ago. But we're doing better.
Also I found this neat song yesterday that I really like and thought I'd share.
There's also this one, which was played at the memorial service, as it was one of Brandon's favorite songs. It's a really sweet one, too. <3

It was good, but a little too dark for my taste. GO SEE THE DEATHLY HOLLOWS (or Hallows as they call it) those of you wizards out there. Oops!? caps lock was on.
I just found out that I find suicide jokes EXTREMELY offensive and in SERIOUSLY bad taste. So, yeah, just for future reference, if you ever want to tick me off and make me never want to talk to you again, tell me a suicide joke. I won't hit you or anything, especially if it's over the computer, but you'll lose a friend and earn yourself a nasty glare from me, as well as a well-thought-out explanation of why you are a sick and disgusting human being, all while speaking in a flat, yet sincere voice that makes you totally rethink your life. Did I mention that this is made all the better by being a really good friend or relative of mine? And that even if you apologize I will still look at you and see a sadistic jerk who doesn't know how to make a good joke, not to mention the fact that you will never, ever earn my forgiveness?
Amazing what a stupid, sport-obssessed, nine-year-old family member who thinks she's older than she really is and the loss of a friend through suicide can teach you.

...I hate suicide jokes. They're just plain wrong and insulting.
And awe that's really sweet. I think these songs are a good mood for your friend, despite the fact I didn't know him. ^^ Anyways off to school, I'll be on later ^^ I hope no one's out to tick ya off wyvern, because...takin something like suicide as a joke is messed up.
