"I would say wrong side of the river," Riverheart put in, meowing thoughtfully. He heard a swish behind him and realized that Shadewing had been there, but turned back. "And no, all I heard was your brother rustling around like a wounded fox. Wouldn't speak a word."

Standing wearily, Florestadream watched as her brother padded towards her. Giving him a soft smile she licked his cheek and said, "Morning, Shade. Always good to see my brother." Looking at his expression, however, she pulled back, worried. Mouth in a firm line, she looked at her brother seriously. "Shade... what's wrong?" she questioned carefully. No matter how close she was with him, she would never instrude upon her brother's matters. Her tail draped across his shoulders as she gave him a sisterly look full of carefullness and ger worried, motherly behavior.

okay, then. unfortunately loving an idiot who doesn't love me back. but i'm not falling. i just kind of... am. .
Scorchpaw stood and shook her fur out. Then she groomed herself, making her coat nice and shiny. She saw Rainheart and happily padded over to him. "Hi! How are you?"she asked, feeling brighter since he was there. She knew that Rainheart was nice like Bluegaze, and felt happy to know it. The others were still figuring out what was going on with Shadewing... and she was too. He had obviousley been hiding something from her, but she would leave him to it, considering she had no idea how to deal with a problem like that. Rainheart seemed buissy with something else, so scorchpaw waited, and gave him some space.
Shadowpelt grumbled. He immediately smelled mouse and crouched, and attacked. He scraped earth over it. "Where is the river? I would rather have fish for breakfast." His licked his lips. Sure, mouse was good, but fish was so much better. He wanted to put his brother keeping things from him out of his head. He was probably back telling Florestadream all about it.
"River's far back. We left it behind a while ago," Riverheart meowed sadly. "What I'd do for some fish right now. And fresh too. Ah well, I won't eat another furry animal for a few moons when we get back." He grinned and crouched, following the scent of squirrel.

Shadowpelt had nodded his agreement as Riverheart was stalking the squirrel. He himself found a vole and attacked it as well. The two of them continued hunting, and they ended up with quite a bit. "Maybe we should head back. I s'pose the others will get lonely without us. He purred and arched his back, letting his muscles loosen up from the night before.
Shadewing sighed softly, giving in to Florestadream's motherly gaze. Despite her ease at not bugging him about his problems, he never found any trouble with spilling his guts to her. Just one look and she could make him tell her anything. "I had a bad dream..." he sighed knowing it sounded foolish. "I met a cat... Man was he crazy. He had the most daredevil blue eyes though. He called me whelp on more than one occasion... He also mentioned something about sky diving." Shadewing frowned unhappily, "He told me something... Something very important but i cant decide if its really from Starclan or just... a bad dream." Shadewing's usually cheerful eyes were filled with desperation for Florestadream's sympathy. "He said that not everyone would be there when we got back... And that we needed to find the decendents of the roaring lion... That they would atone or fight against a cunning panther. He said that only the choosen... The decendents of ghosts, twisters and clouds could summon them... Whatever the heck that means. Can cloud really have decendents? I dont think so myself. Oh! Also that the Tiger hadnt given up its vengence." Shadewing fell silent for a moment. "Does any of this make sense to you? I think it must have been something i eat..."
Ooc: Just a random ooc post, but I wonder if Riverheart would be classified as a descendant of Dusky, or of Runningcloud. hmn. LOL mysteries are fun, no? anyway, looks like he's not one of the ones mentioned :3' just pointing it out
Ic: "Nice catch! And sure. Let's sneak up on them, see how good their scenting skills are, and how good our hiding skills are." Riverheart was grinning mischievously, and he crouched low, before leaping high, climbing onto a tree branch, prey still in his mouth. Let's see if they can find an attacker coming from above. He had been practicing his skill in running along trees, and climbing them, and although he felt better on the ground and in water, it was a fun skill to play with.

Scorchpaw had followed them, and had spied a rathr large and juicy looking jackrabbit hiding near them. She took the hunter's crouch that she had seen a Pantherclan cat use and pounced at the large rabbit. She had broken its neck, and it was laying limply in her jaws, She had also seen another technique used to store them, and she scraped damp earth over it and continued her muchley practiced hunting technique. So far she had caught a large jack rabbit, a mouse, and a plump vole. She carried her freshley caught prey and dropped all of it at Shadewing's paws."Hi! I caught this while you were buissy." She said happily.
OOC; Oh ^^" Heh, i was assuming that Dusky and Runner had some how managed to concieve a kit before he turned back in to a human or something like that, but it would make things more interesting that way if he wasnt really related... That and i dont think Runner would have like to have a kit with out a "proper" wedding ;D That would make Lilyflower, Shadowpelt and Shadewing the only definant decendents of the originals... We arent sure about Resta yet, that will be revealed leater Im assuming ^^
