Lauren's expression of happiness suddenly changed to a confused look, she looked at Simon and asked innocently "What do ya mean? Whats going on??" Boo took a step backwards and Lauren asked "How can I die? We're just out on a roundup." She rode her horse around Simon, but only to be stopped again, she growled, her brown eyes looked annoyed now "I honestly dont get what the big deal is.." She listened to Rooke's statement and then asked "What could be by the grove of trees? More trees?" She laughed.

Rooke thought he would never be able to talk, with the lump in his throat, filled with terror. He pointed to where the creatures were and handed Lauren his binoculars. He shook with fear. "Look," he squeaked. He was about to explode. He felt his hands trembling as he held out his hand with the binoculars.

Lauren, who was still confused, took the binoculars and looked threw them, seeing nothing at first, she giggled "I dont see anything!" She laughed and Rooke pointed her in the correct place to look, she looked at the creature in fear, she nearly dropped the binoculars and cried "What is that thing!?" Boo nearly reared up because Lauren was suddenly upset, but before she could, Lauren was hugged up around her horse's neck, calming her.

Simon looked to the others. "Listen, we don't want you to get hurt. Just follow our lead."Simon told her. He looked at the middle sized female deer, and its evil eyes stared back. It reared back and bared its fangs. It was now or never. He slowly headed towards it, his rifle gleaming inthe sunlight as he raised it to shoot the deer.

Rooke wanted to scream, and he did. "No! Simon don't!" he yowled. "That would drive too mush attention! No one can know!" To his surprise, no one had heard him. Come on, listen to me and turn around, he though, staring, eyes wide with terror, at Simon. He looked at Lauren. "He can't do that!" he hissed, and slowly commanded Storm Stallion after his friend to stop him.

ooc: Wow, yer' RP is attracting people like honey and bees.

ic: Simon stopped his horse. The female deer was still snarling at him, ready to leap at him in a heart beat. Simon looked from Rooke to the girl. "Fine...I won"t kill it." he said in a cracked and strained voice. But while he had been talking, the femal deer had come closer and was almost near enough to attack Stark.
