chapter 11:

After Twigpaw was muchly praised and congradulated, she went over to her new mentor, Mistyfoot. "I havn't had an apprentice in a while."she commented. "You look like you'll make a good warrior some day. By the way, Mothwing wishes to speak to you."she added. "Alll righty then.I'll go see her. Thanks Mistyfoot."Twigpaw replied. She walked over to Mothwing, who was waiting in the Medicine cat's den. "Oh, hello Twigpaw. Listen, I know you're just now an apprentice, but I think you can help me collect some herbs, right?"she asked. "Okay. Let's go!" Twigpaw excitedly pipped in. She couldn't wait to see what herbs used by warriors and med cats looked like. However, they did need one thing if she had read the books right. They would need a warrior to accompany them. "How about we get Mistyfoot to go with us?"Twigpaw asked Mothwing."Allright. good choice, considering she's your mentor. We'll see if she isn't too buissy. " Mothwing answered her. They padded out to the apprentice training clearing, where Mistyfoot was sitting, watching the other apprentices train. She brightened up when she saw Mothwing and Twigpaw approach. "Hi. What cha' need?"she asked them with a grin. "Could you accompany us? I would like you and your apprentice to come and help me collect some herbs."Mothwing asked her. "Alright. Has YOUR mentor said this was alright?"Mistyfoot said with a suspicious look in her eyes. "Yes, he has."Mothwing said with a bit of anger biting through her calm tone. "WHy, would you doubt him?"she asked. "No, of course not."Mistyfoot said, her fur bristling. But it relaxed as they left out in search of herbs. Twigpaw felt awekwords. She hadn't expected these two to be so tense.

Back in Shadowclan, things weren't going as smoothly as things in Riverclan. I had just gone up to my mentor, after collecting a few pawfulls of moss, whne Pantherpaw ran up to me and caused me to fall over. She let out a low whisper,"Ha, try to get that to the elders..."The moss I had collected fell all over my fur, and I let out a low growl. Cederheart stepped between I and Pantherpaw. "Pantherpaw, you should know better."he said. "You have better maners than that, so you should use them around your fellow apprentices."he shook me and the mos came out of my fur. I gave him a grateful smile, and looked at Pantherpaw with little more than distain. She was determined to make sure I wouldn't become a warrior for a long time. She let a smirk cross her face and left saying,"Of course Cedarheart. How RUDE of me."and padded off to her mentor, Russetefur. She gave Pantherpaw a glare of suspicion and walked off with her for training. I sat next to Cedarheart, a bit more than a frown coming to his face. "That apprentice seems to have... an unnatural disliking of you. Has anything odd happened before you joined SHadowclan?"he asked."No, I hadn't met her until now..."I responded. It was true. This was the first time I had really met the cat. "I think you and I will go and see what Shadowpaw is doing. He and yourself might be able to work together while completeing apprentice tasks."Cederheart chuckled. But I knew very well Shadowpaw's attitude.  I padded towards the apprentice den, aware of what crazy things could happen with that mangy tom running all over the place.

Out in Thunderclan, Aurapaw and Jaggedpaw were collecting moss. "This stuff isn't so bad." Aurapaw put in as she saw a look of uncertainty cross Jaggedpaw's face. "Atleast as long as you don't get it on your fur..."she giggled. Jaggedpaw gave a grin. "Oh, so I guess you wouldn't mind..."he said as he picked up a clump of it,"THIS!" as he laughed, he shot a clump of moss at Aurapaw. She was hit, right in the -"Aaaahhh My face! Haha-Your gonna get it now!" Laughed Aurapaw. She hurled a clump at him with her tail, swiftly dodging a pawfull as Jaggedpaw threw it at her. They threw more at eachother, splatting eachother in the face. Then they cleaned off their fur. "Uuuggghhhh.... it might be fun to play with, but it tasts terrible when you lick it out of your fur..."Aurapaw coughed. They then collected as much as they could, consisting of a few mouthfulls, and made several trips to the elder's den and back to make the beds. Jaggedpaw gave a sigh as he remembered their next task. "We're to go on a hunting patrol with... Squerrelflight and Brambleclaw."he let a smile at this. "Hmmm... think they'll have any rabbit on the menue?" he laughed, remembering the rabbit they had eaten at the old abandoned two leg place.

Chapter eleven cont. :

Twigpaw walked calmly with the two she-cats now, her heart at rest. They had stopped fighting. Soon, they came up to a strange tree. It had many strange roots growing from the bottom. She also saw some strange plants near some bushes. "Coltsfoot and... hmm, I can't remember the other one, but we need them." Mothwing said. She started to dig the roots up and Mistyfoot began to pick out the Coltsfoot.Twigpaw decided to help Mothwing with the roots. They seemed hard to get uprooted. After digging and picking out plenty, they headed back to camp. Twigpaw felt tired and worn out, but he was happy to at least get some work done. After all, she had to do her fair share, What would she be to them if the apprentice didn't do her job? After all, if she was going to be staying, she had to earn her keep. "Wait... I smell rouges!"Mistyfoot hissed, her ears pricked. Twigpaw couldn't exactly scent much, but the cat scent wasn't that of Riverclan. She stood in a fighting stance, ready for any creature that would dare attack them. Great, just great. Now what would she do, just becoming an apprentice and there were already cats attacking them. She , Mothwing, and Mistyfoot walked a bit faster. Suddenly, a cat leapt at Twigpaw. "Look out!"

In Shadowclan, things weren't too well either. I and Pantherpaw had been sent on a hunting patrol with Shadowpaw and Cederheart. Trust me, I and Shadowpaw or Pantherpaw DO NOT work well together. I managed to catch three mice. Pantherpaw kept trying to keep me from doing so instead of hunting, until Cederheart caught her on my fifth mouse. "Pantherpaw! Quite acting like a one moon ol kit!"he scolded. She shrugged and walked with Shadowshot, who wasn't exactly comfy walking next to her. He slid away, but she just kept coming. We were at the Riverclan border, and I saw Twigpaw and her patrole walking like they were trying to get away from something. Suddenly, Cederheart tensed. "There's a rouge! He'll attack them!"he whispered. Out of no where, a cat leapt out at Twigpaw and clawed at her side, she jumped away just in time, Mothwing and Mistyfoot hissing and Baring their fangs. I, Cederheart, and Shadowpaw ran in after the rouge. Pantherpaw gave a small hiss. "Oy, why help them? Their clan will be weaker without their medicine cat and deputy. Minus the apprentice."she sneered. The rouge ran at Cederheart, slashing his muzzle. But he had left his neck and underside wide open. I and Shadowpaw attacked those points, and the rouge fell to the ground. Cederheart made the final blow, killing the cat. Pantherpaw was behind me, and was read to smack me to the ground. She slashed at the back of my head, missing by inches. I kicked her off hissing. She sat there, a mocking grin.

Twigpaw and Mistyfoot looked shaken, but not as badly as Mothwing. The unexpected attack had caught her off gaurd. All three had heard Pantherpaw's hatefull words. They gave her glares of suspicion. Twigpaw padded over to me, her tail on my shoulder. "Are you okay?"she asked. "Yeah, we're all okay."I answered. I cleaned my red and black pelt, washing the disgusting tasting blood from the rouge. Twigpaw and the others were in conversation. "Thanks for the save, but you should get back to your border."Mistyfoot put in with a slight sting of anger in her voice. She looked embarrassed at having to be saved by another clan's cats. Mothwing too gave us a look of stinging anger. "Listen, you should get back to your border. What were you doing out here anyway?"she asked, her eyes narrowing. "We were out on a hunting patrol. Pantherpaw just had some trouble getting used to being around other  apprentices." Cederheart said. Pantherpaw gave him a glare of distain. "YOU Riverclan cats should head back to your camp."she tartily put in, my glare seeming to sting even more than her words.
I gave a smile to Twigpaw. "Sorry about this mess. We'll see you later then...at the next gathering?"I asked. She gave a friendly chuckle. Yeah, of course! See ya later Scorchpaw."She replied. She turned to Pantherpaw with a glare of anger, her eyes showing  blazing distain. "You don't have to be such a BRAT Pantherpaw."she said. Mothwing looked us up and down. She knew I and Cederheart were friendly. "See you later then."she said. "Yeah...see ya at the gathering. Just don't tresspass again."Mistyfoot said, her uneasy tone seeming to catch my ears. We walked away with waves of our tails, Pantherpaw smirking as if she were already clan leader. "Pantherpaw, quit being a brat."Shadowpaw said with little more than annoyance in his voice.

In Thunderclan, Aurapaw and Jaggedpaw were relaxing. Not all troubles would reach every clan. Brambleclaw and his friend, berrypaw, were coming up to meet them. "Hi guys. So, you doing good so far?"he asked. He gave a friendly grin. "Sometimes it can be a bit hard-"but they never found out exactly what could be so hard, bcause Leafpaw and Cinderpelt ran into camp, shocked looks crossing their faces. "Firestar...hurry...get him...rouge..." they panted one at a time. Jaggedpaw and Aurapaw stood up, immediatly running to Firestar's den. "Firestar, rouges attacked Leafpaw and Cinderpelt!"cried Aurapaw and Jaggedpaw at the same time. Firestar streaked out of the den with them on his tail, Leafpaw and CInderpelt staring at eachother. They had scratches and bruisses, and were bleeding along the rims of their faces. But not too badly hurt.

Chapter 1
as I lay in bed, I felt nervous. My mother hadn't been too happy with my grades, and I just couldn't contemplate why I had failed so many classes. I am Scorch heart, and I'm not really the type who speaks out loud. The only place I seem to be able to say my thoughts is on the computer.

I decided to stop moping and log on to my profile on my favorite forum, the warrior cats forum. That's what I call it, since a lot of other forums are about warrior cats. When I first joined, I met a lot of people who were very friendly. They all were happy on the site, and helped each other out when they had problems. That made it the best forum I had ever joined, and it was also the first.

I snuck upstairs, to find my mother looking at some e-mails I had received from the forums. But when I saw a shocked look appear on her face as she read the last one, I was worried. Had they banned me for something?! Had I been frozen?! My fears became much worse when she hollered for me to get up there. "Honey, you have a special message from the...book discussion chat room. She said, allowing me to take a look at the e-mail. It had a link to the site, and my mother went to her room giggling. "Err.....uuuuhh.... okay, sure..."I said as I hopped into the computer chair which spun around, making me dizzy.

I logged on to my profile and found a message marked special. I checked it out. It said:
CONGRATULATIONS!
YOU HAVE WON A FREE TRIP TO WASHINGTON DC! JUST TYPE YOUR NAME IN, AND THE PRESIDENT WILL HAVE EVERYTHING READY FOR YOUR ARRIVAL!

Something about the way the message had been sent just made me feel... like I was in danger. I didn't sign my name, and the message did not appear again. I PMed the others that were my friends on the forums that were close to me, and the first ones I had met, getting the feeling that the same thing had happened to them. When they told me it had, I told them to keep from answering other e-mails like that. They seemed to know my concerns as well.

As soon as I had closed that message, everyone on the forums got one. Moon star made a thread about it. "Plus, it didn't even have the white house's emblem!"I typed to them as they expressed their concerns on the matter. "Yeah and how is it that every kid on the site won?"Katanapaw posted while others checked out what Moon star had stated. Someone was after us. And they knew how to get to the web site.

 Chapter 2:

After logging off of the computer and discussing the subject of the strange letters a bit more, I went out to get some fresh air. But as I stared into the gloomy gray sky, a strange roaring sound came out of nowhere, and it was getting closer. It sounded like the type of roar an engine would make,  a car engine, to be more precise. I looked across our front yard to see the mail truck stopping...and at MY house.

After the mail lady had given me a rather peculiar letter, I opened it to find that it had a message much like the last one I had gotten on the computer. It read:

Dear --------------,
you have been called by the president of the United States of America for a press conference in California. Your age is of no concern. Please sign your name to this letter and send it back.
President Obama

After a brief silence I went in and showed the letter to my mom. She was not happy. "If you receive any more letters like this, we may have to put a restraining order on who ever sent this letter." she said with a stony tone. "Ask your friends on that website if they got the same letter in the mail." she added as I worriedly looked at the computer.

As soon as she had finished the last sentence, I had hopped onto the computer and was rapidly typing on the new thread that Moon star had made. Apparently, everyone on the site had received a similar letter, telling them to go to different countries and states.

"But why would they do that?! Are we activated?! Are terrorists after us?!" I typed.
"You watched that one movie didn't you?" asked Katanapaw.
"Yeah, but stuff like that happens!" I retorted with randomly hard punches and pecks to the keyboard.
"Listen, if they can send letters and E-mails, they can come to where we live. The police have to know about this." Jagged pine wisely quoted.
But how can everyone on the site-"
"DO NOT POST ON THIS TOPIC ANY LONGER. IF YOU DO, THE CONSEQUENCES SHALL BE DIRE. ALL OF YOU HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED FOR PROJECT ANIMALS UNLOCKED." someone interrupted me as I tried to post.
"How dare you! Stay off Moon stars site!" I typed to the stupid person.
"How did you get on without an account?" Firstar cried with many pecks to her keyboard.
"CONFIDENTIAL. STAY ON THE COMPUTER AND TYPE YOUR REAL NAMES ON A NEW THREAD."
"No! Log off! Now!"I posted as fast as possible. I immediately turned off my computer and unplugged it.

I had run to my room afterwards, tense and on edge. The person who had gotten onto this website had to be a hacker or something. How would we survive?! Like Jagged pine had said, they could get to our house if they could send letters and messages. I told my mother the situation, and she tried to call the police. But when she picked up the phone, a disembodied voice rang out. Your daughter has been activated for project Animals unlocked. Do not attempt to keep her from us. We will find her."

Chapter 3:

After the disturbing phone call, I got back on the forums, and sure enough, there was a new thread titled-HACKER DEFENSE, PROVIDE ALL PROTECTION PROGRAMS POSSIBLE!

By then I knew the idiotic hacker was out to get everyone on the forums for whatever project, and they were going to do everything possible to get at them. I logged off and went to my room, hoping for some sleep. But when I got there, boy, the thing that had broken in disturbed me.

A man stood in my room, and he had a gun. The bad news for him was that I knew how to turn it against him-curtousy of Bendel Karate-but the bad news for me was that if I didn't do it fast enough, my mother was going to end up paying my funeral bills. That would put her in a worse economic pot hole than the one she was already in.

"Please don't shoot! I'm only 13 years old! I beg you!"I pleaded, edging forward. Soon, I was close enough to grab the gun. I twisted his arm, moving out of the way before the bullet got me. It had left a burn across my chest, and that just set me off. I used the Bendel Karate elbow to the neck trick and he fell to the floor, rocking in pain. It was lucky that I was a fast learner when it came to Karate. I would have been dead otherwise.

After my mother had finally gotten a hold of the police and the man had been thrown in the slammer, She I and the rest of the family decided to watch some TV. We went to channel 342 and watched an episode of house, until it was interrupted by a new broad cast.

"We interrupt this program to bring you breaking news. According to our sources and the local fire department have just sent us a security video of Pueblo Prison." said John Anchorman.

Images flashed across the screen as the video was being played. It showed men and women walking around the prison in security uniforms and then....the prison exploded! The security officers were blasted backwards from the huge explosion and were killed. Half of the prison inmates were escaping, and the others had been blown to bits by the shock wave and the rubble that had flown all over the place during the explosion.

"Oh my god!" an officer cried as she sat in her car, having been in the right place at the right time. The tape showed that she had just been driving in when the explosion had happened, and had stopped for a red  light just before the escapees had started running into the highway.

My family and I all just sat in silence. My sister broke the tense atmosphere saying, Mom! If they escaped, they could come here and rob us!" She had an extremely terrified look on her face, like she had seen a zombie eat someone's brains. She watches horror movies sometimes, and doesn't really change the channel if their rated R. She likes to make other people scared.

Chapter 4:
After discussing the subject a bit more and being sent back off to bed, I lay asleep, and hadn't really bothered to take my glasses off or change into my pajamas. I was too tired to think about it. When I woke up the next morning, I was in shock. I found myself tied to a chair with a parachute, and riding in a helicopter.

At first I thought it was just a dream and tried to pinch myself. But I couldn't move that much. The ropes around me held tight. "OKAY! READY TO DROP PARCEL 101 AND DELIVER TO MOTHER BIRD!"Said a disembodied female voice. "MOTHER BIRD READY TO RECEIVE FROM BABY BIRD!"Another disembodied voice answered, this time a male voice. Suddenly, the ground was falling out from below me as a hatch opened.

"What?! Hey!"I cried as I fell through the side of the plane, which had OH so conveniently had suddenly opened up. I felt a swooping, churning feeling in my stomach. I HATE falling from a high place. It just hurt to have my entire inside hinging up and down, over and over.

As I fell, the rope around me seemed to get looser. I closed my eyes, waiting for the big splat I would make when I hit the ground. But suddenly, the wind had stopped rushing through my hair, and I opened my eyes.

The heavy seat I was attached to weighed my body down. I looked at what had stopped my fall, and found that I was stuck in a tree! The only thing keeping me up was the ropes that bound me to the wretched seat.

I felt flustered at the thought of the ropes snapping. If they broke, then I could be crushed by the seat as I fell. But I heard a snapping noise behind me, and whirled around to see what it was. Apparently, a very agitated woodpecker had decided that The ropes were tree bark, and was rapidly cutting and pecking at them with its tiny beak, which happened to be very sharp from years of pecking holes into trees.

"Oh noooooooo....."I whispered as I saw another layer of the rope snap, and the rest waiting to plunge me to my doom. Suddenly, the rest of the rope snapped, and I was sent spiraling to the world below. The wood pecker saw that what it thought was the wood of a tree, now plummeting to earth.

When I landed, I realized that the tree that had hung me in the air hadn't really been so high. It had only held me a few feet off of the ground. I had been on an extremely thick branch when I fell, and it had cut the rest of the ropes off when I fell.

The parachuted seat hadn't crushed me when I landed, so I was still alive and could walk and breathe. But I had no clue where I was. My surroundings looked like some type of park, like a dog park or  a school play ground. I walked around, trying to get used to the climate.

I seemed to be at greater latitude than Pueblo West, considering the fact that my head swirled every time I made a move. I saw no other people in the strange place, and felt a bit agitated. Thanks to the psycho who had started that crazy project, I was out in the middle f nowhere, or at least a town.

I carefully walked around, my legs a bit shaky from the fall. Soon, I arrived into a town. I felt alone and scared. Why was I here? Why wasn't I in bed, dreaming up more ideas? I sat alone in an alleyway, tears falling down my beet red face. I would have to find some way to survive in this strange environment.

The town was next to a large forested area, and it had a camp. It was called camp Holly Oak. The kids there laughed at me, calling me a hobo and a rotten wanderer. I shrank back from them as they threw stones at me. I was weak from weeks without food, but I had managed to sustain. My cloths and odor weren't that bad, considering the fact that I had been able to find supplies to keep me clean. I walked away from the camp, wishing to be in the warm and strong arms of my big brother, Lawrence.

Lawrence was a tall man, past his twenties and married. He had black army styled hair, and was a marine. He was always so kind to me, and I felt like I was in a safe barrier around him. He had been visiting that week too. I was back in the alley, crying myself to sleep. I wished that I could just be wrapped in the protective arms of my older brother once more. He was the world to me.

Chapter 5:
After many weeks of searching for food and barley eating anything, I sat across the damp and dark street one night, watching the stars. I looked towards the house across from me and saw two cats playing. They were both adults, and looked like they had been together for a while. They rolled into the street, and I glanced at them nervously. A large cargo van was driving up the road, and if they didn't move, they would be crushed. The bright headlights fell across the street, and the cats stared at it with frightened expressions. I jumped into the road and rolled into a protective ball, taking the cats with me as the van sped by. As soon as I was sure there were no more vans or any other vehicles, I put the cats into their yard and walked away back to where I had been sitting in the first place. I felt tired and stupid with exhaustion. Suddenly a van started coming up the road, and a bunch of kids were running from it. They all were at different ages by the look of them.

The van that pursued them was black and had a strange insignia on it. The kids all crashed into each other and landed on the pavement, all of them cursing at each other. There were seven of them. They all raced to get up, heading in my direction. I gave a startled shout as they all tripped over each other yet again, landing in front of me this time.

The van stopped and some men with a crazed look in their eyes jumped out and grabbed all of the kids, including me. We all started fighting with what strength we had. The men were weak. Were they stark raving mad?! Why would they chase after some random kids?! "Let us go!" I screamed with my squeaky voice. The other kids were still struggling when the weird men in lab coats injected a strange toxin into their veins. They roughly pulled out the needles as we all lie on the ground, rocking in pain. Suddenly, all of us started shrinking, and so were our cloths.

We all finished transforming and stood on shaky, small, furry legs. We looked at each other with wide eyes. We were kits! And all of us matched the descriptions of some of the cats on the forums, except me. I was a cat, but my appearance was that of an RP character of mine, Cloudandis. I had red fur with black stripes and paws. One of the men pulled out a pistol and pointed it at me. "Looks like this ones not going to live long, dumb kit. He laughed. He was right. We were all kits at the age of five moons!
The sound of gunfire rang out through the street as the man pulled the trigger, and evil grin crossing his face like a sick cartoon character. But the bullet had only grazed my shoulder. I may have transformed, but I hadn't forgotten my life and what I knew. The guy dropped the gun laughing and pointing at me, thinking he'd killed me. I was in shock from the loud bang the silver pistol had made, and the other kits were staring with wide eyes. But the gun had rolled over, and it was next to me.

I picked up the heavy weapon, and its size took up nearly all of my tiny and stubby arms. I raised it up, gasping with the effort to aim at the man, who had stopped laughing, and was holding his hands up with an alarmed look on his face. "Asta la bye bye... freak!" I squeaked at him in fury. The shot rang out as I managed to squeeze the trigger of the large gun, and the man fell over, blood leaking out of his forehead. I had shot him, and the shot had hit.

I stared at him with a look of shock that only flickered across my face for a mere second before I turned on the other men. "That's right. Get lost or your dead freaks." I squeaked at them in a cold and piercing little voice that seemed to now boom through the street. They stared at me with scared eyes, and ran into the truck, driving off and screaming like banshees. I knew I would have pulled that trigger if they hadn't made a run for it. And so did the other kits that were around me.

I turned to the others, and then heard the screeching of tires as they looked at me yet again with terror. The van was coming back! "Well don't just stand there, run for it!"I cried to the others as we fled the alleged crime scene, not looking back. I heard sirens as we ran, thinking of the cops. We turned and ran into the forest that was oh so close, and kept running, stumbling over our tiny legs with the effort, a black kit leading the way next to me.

After hours of running through the cold and never ending forest, we all stopped in a small and secluded looking clearing.

Chapter 6

We had fallen asleep in the clearing, and as the first of the sun's rays shined on the tiny clumps of colored fur that was us, a new day started. Little did we know that we would be meeting something that could change our very lives?

I was the first to wake that morning, stretching my stubby paws and yawning. I looked around with my blank red eyes, and they seemed to grow even more distant with each turning glance. I had hoped that this had all been some nightmare, and that I was snoozing in my bed with my over energetic mother screaming her head off at me. But it was all real.

I stood with my tiny red and black furred body quivering and shaking with the lack of warmth. The others were all huddled with me in a large group of what looked like a patchwork quilt. I squeezed my way through them and stood away from the group, my appearance becoming clearer with each ray of the sun that reached my small and cold body.

I looked exactly like my RP character, Cloudandis. I had black paws, ears, a black tipped tail, red fur, black stripes along my back, and a black stripe that went from my muzzle to my rear end. And even more to my astonishment, I was unemotional. I tried to grin, didn't work. I tried to cry, didn't work. The only difference was that I was a cat. Not a wolf.

My eyes fell upon the others who were silently resting, their tiny chests slowly going up and down with each in taking and releasing of air. I padded back over to the others with my stubby legs that looked a bit stronger than they had yesterday. "Hello? C'mon, wake up."I told them in a strangely calm voice. They all hopped up with startled expressions on their faces, and then we all sat in a type of circle. We sat in silence for a few moments, until one of the kits spoke up. "Hi. Who are-" but before she could finish speaking, a group of cat jumped out at us. We didn't know who they were at first until they spoke up.

"What are you doing in Shadow clan territory?!" hissed a black tabby, his piercing blue eyes staring at us with a cold look. "You mean Thunder clan territory!" another cat hissed, his muscles showing through his brown stripped fur. "Oh Bramble claw, stop it! They're on the border of Shadow clan and Thunder clan!" hissed another cat with A red flaming pelt. "Hold your' tongue Sqiurrelflight!" hissed the black tabby, who was now eyeing us with a twisted grin on his face. We all stared at each other with confusion. These were the cats from the books!

"Like you've much to speak about!"Spat squerrelflight with anger flashing in her emerald green eyes. Suddenly, all three of the cats leapt for us. We all dodged and started running, the three behind our tails. We were fast for our small size. "Catch them before they head to River clan!"Bramble claw screamed as he was ready to catch me by the scruff. We were getting exhausted. Suddenly, I spotted the lake. I started leading the others towards it. There was a boat, and we were going to catch it.

More and more cats appeared, and so did their leaders, all of them wondering why these cats were trespassing. They saw us and started yelling at me, trying to get me to stop in order to stop the other kit. We saw another patrol chasing a second group of kits, with a small black kit leading the way. I hopped into the small boat at the lake with my group of kittens who had jumped in at the same time. The boat was now crossing over the lake, thanks to some of the cats crashing into it. It was being propelled to the other side of the lake, and the cats were heading there too.

I heard one of the cats shout, "What-? All of the clans are out her, for crying out loud!"He was right. All of the clan cats were chasing us! "Get to the other side of the lake!" Firstar yowled to his cats as they closed in on our boat. We jumped out and streaked under their legs, and were heading through River clan territory, and back into Shadow clan. "Remember the books?! There's an abandoned cottage here, and a camp that we can go into!" I called back to my group of kits as we tore through the forest. The cats had heard us, and didn't know our vocabulary, so they all started trying to find a way around us.

The cats were far behind us as we stopped at the abandoned two-leg place, my stubby legs shaking with over usage. We all went inside and I lead them slowly up the stairway up into the top floor. An old, moth eaten mattress lay on the floor with a torn up blanket on top of it. We all huddled under the blanket, and went to sleep just like that.

Chapter 7
We all woke up the next day after sleeping for an extra seven hours. I yawned and stretched, my small size not helping me with trying to get the large and torn up blanket off of my small body. Some of the others didnt want to get up, and they grumbled with the effort of trying to keep the blanket over themselves. "Wow, this place is weird! I cant believe were actually here!" one of the kit squealed in delight. "Well, were cats, err kits, and we need breakfast, and from what the books in the second series of warrior cats said, there's plenty of prey to go around in this house."I sleepily mewed.

"But weve never tasted a dead mouse and things like that." another one mewed in protest. "I cant say much, but we have to eat if we want to live. And from the looks of it, you guys were in the slums like I was" I replied in my calm and unemotional voice, knowing that some of these kits might recognize me from the RP my character was in. "Im going to catch some food."I added to the kits as the rest of them blearily got up and started walking around, tripping over their stubby legs.

I came back with a large rabbit in my mouth, my chest heaving with each breath as I tried to take it over to the others. It would feed all of us with its large size. "How could you have caught that and not ended up dead? Its impossible!" a kit cried as I brought it over. "Not even a drop of blood is on your pelt!" she reminded me of Souki. "Well, it saw me and tried to run away when it fell down the stairs and broke its neck."I calmly replied. "It was hard to get this huge thing all the way back up here without falling down the stairs."

The others reluctantly went over to the dead rabbits body, each taking a tiny nibble of the still warm flesh. Surprised looks came across their faces as I too took a bite."Wow, this is good! I didn't know bunnies tasted like this!" one of them squealed. She reminded me of Moss flower. I took a few more bites, and soon, we were all literally inhaling the rabbits flesh as we nibbled away at it.

Now there was just an ear left, and I and another kit stared at each other. All of the other kits were stuffed with rabbit meat, and were excitedly watching who would get the last bit. I sat down and stared at the other kit with a blank look on my face."Ya want to share it?" I asked him calmly. But before he could answer, another kit leapt into the room and leapt at the rabbit ear, and started running off with it. My group of kits started bursting with laughter, staring at me and the other kit as we chased the black kit around the room, trying to get the ear back.

After much running and jumping, I had the ear in tiny mouth, and the other two kits were staring at each other with exhaustion. They saw the ear and now I was getting chased around! I jumped onto of the mattress as they chased me and I bounced straight out the window, leaving the ear there. All the other kits ran up to the window seal to find me on the other one that was on the floor below them!

"What the?! Are you okay?!"One of the kits shouted down to me as I sat there. The black kit was nibbling on the ear we had fought over. "Fine. How'd I get down here?"I called up. Suddenly, the window sill gave way and I feel into, or onto of the branch of a nearby tree. The other kits were still staring at me when I looked down. I saw two cats coming towards the house. They were Firstar and Bramble claw! The other kits had sat back on the bed, trying to think of what to do. Except for the black kit. He had just disappeared.

I fell out of the tree as Firstar and Bramble claw were coming closer to the house, and ended up softly landing on Bramble claws head! Bramble claw looked up at me and I looked down. Firstar was just coming closer about to nab me, and then I skirted of back towards the house. I saw a few more Thunder clan cats right on my tail as I went in shouting Weve been found!"

The other kits started scrambling about the house, trying to find a place to hide. I ran up the stairs and then hid in anyplace they could find, and one tried out a mouse hole! Bramble claw, Firstar, Squerrelflight, Leaf pool, and Spider leg entered the house and started searching for us. I was hiding on the staircase, when one of them saw me. He leapt at me, trying to get a hold on my scruff, and I fell off of the stairs. Thinking silently"Ah well. My ma doesn't have to pay funeral bills till she finds me" and suddenly, I landed on Spider leg. He turned and tried to catch me, and missed me. All of the other kits were already running outside too!

We streaked out of the house with the Thunder clan cats a few tail lengths away, and went straight into River clan territory. I saw Moth wing drinking at the river and leapt over her with the rest of the kits as we tore through the forest, trying to find a way to escape this madness. Suddenly, we all came to a halt as we noticed yet another cat in front of us. Leopard star. "How the-?"She cried as we crashed into her. We all ran off as soon as we got up, some of us apologizing to her.

As we ran, we looked back to find that we now had TWO patrols on our tails, and they were just a few fox lengths away. How we had gotten into such a mess still remains a question in my mind. We all saw the Shadow clan border, and only half of us stayed together. One half ran back into River clan, while I and three others ran into Shadow clan.  Realizing where we had gone, the others soon caught up. I saw an abandoned fox den and leapt in with the others close behind. We all hid there until we were sure that they had left us, and then started talking.

"That was? And he was?!" an astounded kit cried as the others listened. "Those were the very cats from the second series books." one of then answered in a sure voice. "But how??!" another one said. It was mid day. "We don't have much stamina. Let's take a nap before anything else."I told them. And yet again, we fell asleep.

Chapter 8

I was the first to wake up in the abandoned fox den, only to find a cat staring at me and the rest of the kits. I slowly backed away, the others sleeping and taking o notice of the large cat. And yet as I took a closer look, I noticed that the cat was just looking in...with his eyes closed. He was asleep. I sighed with relief. The other kits just kept sleeping with their chests slowly heaving up and down like a water bed. I looked the cat that had intruded over. His body was ice cold, and he didn't notice a small mew in his ear that I gave him, trying to see if he was alive. I walked to the outside of the fox den and then turned away. He was dead, and half of his body was missing. The ground was splattered with blood, and the cat's empty eyes kept staring at me like a ghost's.

I walked back into the den, waking the others up. It was late afternoon, and soon it would be dusk. I wasn't about to sleep around a cat's carcass, so I lead them out as we headed for a better place to sleep. We were all exhausted from all of the running around we had done, and our small, stubby legs were too tired to carry us any further. I saw a small, den like space underneath a tree, and the roots were showing. It looked deep enough to hide us and let us out, so we all climbed into it. We had a lot of energy from sleeping so much, and half of the other kits were bouncing all over the place just trying to get rid of the energy.

I looked outside of our little den and spied a group of cats moving the dead cat's body away for vigil. They carried him off to their camp, where ever that was. I checked out our surroundings and guessed we were in Thunder clan territory. That meant we would probably be running from Bramble claw and another patrol. The others and I all sat quietly. We fell asleep late that night, and with calm thoughts and dreams in our heads too.

The others and I woke up early the next morning, careful to not make too much noise. I decided to scout since some of them were still sleepy. I wanted to make sure a hunting patrol hadn't spotted us. The others stumbled around, yawning or listening to their stomachs growl. I decided to try my luck by looking for another already dead rabbit, or maybe a dead bird. Sure enough, I saw some Thunder clan warriors taking in some large looking voles and other prey, so I snuck up on them. While they weren't looking I slowly nabbed a fat looking vole and started to walk away.

I got back to the others who were waiting for me to bring the vole in. We started in, and when we finished, the only thing left were the bones. Pretty soon, we would be good at that type of thing, with a little more training. Introductions were also needed. "So, I'm guessing you guys are also from the forums?" the others nodded. "I'm Scorch heart. Although, I think they kind of got my appearance mixed up."I told them. "You're-?" one of the kit squealed. She had a bluish-gray pelt, and it had grey stripes. Her little blue eyes shone like diamonds. "Hi! I'm Aura paw! It's cool to see you in person!"she squeaked. "Aura? When I looked at your old avi, I kept thinking you looked like that puppy when you were in revenge of the freed!"I happily chided in. "The puppy? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! You thought that was me!" she laughed in her tiny, high pitched voice. "Yeah! Who are you guys?" I asked the others. An emotion had finally broken out, but it was starting to fade, and my smile was vanishing.

One of the kits looked at us with a grin. He had a black and white pelt. "Hi! I think you might know me! I'm Jagged pine!" he squeaked. The kits were looking at me with funny faces."You look like Cloudandis from the Snowpack RP!" one of them squealed. I nodded. "I guess they got the wrong DNA sample."I told them. We all pricked our ears as we heard something. Like rustling in the leaves. Suddenly, a group of kit appeared."Ear thief!" Aura paw squealed at the leader, the black one. "Ah, I suppose my creator should recognize me?" he told me with a smirk.

Jagged pine stepped forward with a look of anger on his face. "Shadow shot right? And I guess that's Fly star, my character?"He told them defiantly. I stepped next to him. We heard another rustling sound, and many yowls. Jaggedpine lead us through the tree roots while the other kits were distracted. "We need a leader!" I called out as we came to a halt. "Any one up for it?"I asked. Jagged pine was the only one who raised a paw. "Lead the way." I told him.

We ran through the rest of the way, Jagged pine in the lead. But as we got out, we ran straight into a group of Shadow clan cats. One of them grabbed a kit by the scruff, and ran off with it. I chased after the cats with Jagged pine and Aura paw at my side, the other kits running as fast as they could on their stubby little legs.

Chapter  9:

I and the other kits were gaining on the running warrior, Jagged pine, Aura paw, and I in the lead. Suddenly, the cat tripped and the kit flew into the air, landing with a soft thud on the ground. "Hey! Are you okay?!"I called over, my heart racing. The warrior was getting up, and heading straight for us! Without waiting for an answer, We all streaked away from the crazy tom, only to find ourselves heading for the lake again. I spotted a log that lead from the shore to a small island. It was now getting dark, and dusk was approaching. It would be a full moon tonight.

"Everyone, head for that island!" Aura paw called out. Jagged pine nodded and squeaked"Yeah, hurry! We don't want those cats catching up!" but as we ran, a thought, a memory struck me. The four clans met on that island every full moon!"Wait, we're-" but it was too late. The others were already halfway across the rough tree bridge, and I was trailing at the back. We all tore through and crashed into each other as Jagged pine stopped, his tiny mouth gaping open. We were stumbling right into the middle of the four clans meeting!

Jagged pine, Aura paw, and I all stepped forwards, our eyes shining in the ever so calm moonlight that washed over us. "The moon...it is calm, and so is Star clan!"one of the cats in the crowd whispered as we all stepped forwards. Suddenly, a shape had started to form out of tiny stars, and then a cat stood before them, her see-through pelt shining with a bright blue mist. She called out to all of the cats, Do not fear these kits. They are our saviors. Though, they are not as they seem, they can help the clans survive!"Her loud and commanding voice boomed throughout the clearing. All of the cats shivered in shock, and Firstar came forwards. "Bluster...is that you?" he asked. The blue gray she-cat nodded and turned to the other cats, her beautiful eyes shining with contentment.

"Listen. Kits, you cannot live in the same clan, or create your own. You must go separate ways, and I know what clans you truly belong in."Blue star said to us, her voice cracking."I know you may not believe me, but you were actually born as kits in the clans, but a two leg had used science to make it so that other two legs would give birth to you instead, by trapping you when you were still eggs forming inside of your cat mothers. You were then born unto twolegs."She explained. "It has pained me to watch that happen. But I couldnt speak with you until now, when you are in you true form." Blue star explained, her eyes darkening with sorrow. "So you are half cat, half two leg. And it is foretold that you shall save the clans from destruction."

The cats around us gazed at her in amazement, not doubting a word she said. Blue stars starry form padded to Firstar, Leopard star, One star, and Black star, telling them which kits would join their clans. She then stood next to them as they called out their chosen cats. First went Firstar. "The kits chosen for my clan are Aura kit, Shift kit, Frost kit and Jagged kit. All of you step forwards. he called out. Aura and Jaggers stepped forwards, staring back at the rest of us, while another group of unknown kits stepped forwards. Then Black star stepped forwards."The kits chosen for my clan is Scorch kit--" but before he could finish, a third group of kits had appeared. It was the group lead by Shadow shot and Fly star. Blue star turned towards them. "These kits seem to have gotten here late. They will also be joining the clans. She told us all.

Black star continued calling out his new recruits. "The kits chosen for Shadow clan are Scorch kit, Panther kit, Dark kit, Fly kit, Tiger kit, and Shadow kit." some cats hissed at Tiger kits name. He was an RP character I had created. They stopped hissing when Blue star gave them a stern glare, and waited for the other kit to be called out. Next was Leapardstar. "The kits chosen for River clan are Twig kit, Halo kit, Raven kit, Golden kit, and Wet kit. Please step forwards. You will be joining River clan." Several of the kit from the third group and a kit from our group stepped forwards and stood before leopard star. The next cat to step forward was One star, the leader of Wind clan."The kits chosen for Wind clan are Ginger kit, Lion kit, Konoka kit, and Ichio kit.One Star finished.

Chapter 10

I watched as the clans and heir new members dispersed, Shadowclan rallying up the kits chosen for them. I glanced back at Jaggedkit, and with that, we separated. All of the kits said their good bey's. Shadowshot and Flystar both padded behind me, snickering. Bluestar had vanished, and many of the Shadowclan cats were talking about what had happened. Some didn't quite believe it. Panther kit padded up to me, a smirk on her face. My black and red pelt gleamed with a bright lust, the eye popping colors transfixing some of the cats. Aurakit was also closely watched. "So, I guess we'll see each other... next gathering?"I mewed sadly to them. "Well, I'm sure we might meet on a patrol."Aura kit exclaimed. We all felt bad about being separated, and after two days of being together. My tail drooped as I walked away with Shadowkit, Pantherkit, and Flykit sneering and Jeering behind. Gingerkit and Lionkit waved their tails in farewell. As I padded away on my stubby little legs, Blackstar came up to me. He had a confused and amused look on his face. "Scorchkit? There have been several cats with that name. Looks like youre the third he padded away, leading myself and my fellow shadowclan cats to camp. I crossed paths with Twigkit, and she gave a small grin. "Nice to have met you in person."she told me, and then she padded off next to Leopardsar, who was still having trouble taking it all in.

Panther kit cornered me as we finally crossed the border into Shadowclan, an evil sneer upon her face. "You happen to be Scorchpaw? Pathetic. Can't believe that you were even meant to come here. In the near future, just as it had been told in that story, I will take over Thunderclan and Shadowclan to make them one. And you can't stop me!"she laughed, her high pitched voice catching Shadowkit's attention. He dragged us back with the rest of the group, and I trailed in the back. I saw Aurakit and Jaggedkit across the border, both talking to Gingerkit. Would they be just as they were on the forums? Another thought crossed into my mind. Wait! If Jaggedkit Becomes Jaggedpine, and the Thunderclan Deputy, Brambleclaw would either die or be taken from that position!

As I pondered on this thought, one Shadowclan cat stopped behind me. "Hi, I'm Tawnypelt. Your name is Scorchkit right?"she asked me. "Tawnypelt?! I know you!"I cried in surprise. She gave me a confused look. I came up to her and whispered in her ear. "Don't worry. I know a lot of the cats names." she looked shocked. "What else do you know?!"she asked in a silent and envious voice. "Well, I know Brambleclaw is your brother."I whispered to her. Before she could give a reply, Blackstar called out, Hurry up. We're here."

As we walked into camp, a surprised and yet knowing grin spread across my face. Everything was half as I had imagined it. But it was perfect in just that way. I happily padded after Tawnypelt and ran alongside some kits. They were ones I didn't know. They all came up to me examining my pelt. "Wow! You look weird!"they all giggled. Shadowkit, Flykit, and Pantherkit padded up to me, my smile slightly vanishing. They all formed a type of group circle and started to talk about things that they hoped for in the future. Shadowkit gave me a wicked grin. Would it be as it had once been in the RP? I gave him a glare of suspicion. What would become of the four clans?

In Thunderclan, Aurakit, Jagged kit, and Ginger kit were all happily talking with Firestar. "I like Thunderclan!"Aura kit said. "If I was to choose a position, it'd be a med cat!"she happily added. "Medicine cat? I prefer to be a warrior." Ginger kit giggled. They watched as another group of kits came up with Cloudtail. One of them happened to be berry kit, who had lost his tail. The little stub waved back and forth as he came up to Jaggedkit. "Wow! I've heard of you! You and those kits were at the gathering!"he cried Jaggedkit and Aurakit gave him mischievous grins. "Let's go and see if we can raid the fresh kill pile!" Berry kit laughed as he ran circles around them. Ginger kit shrugged. "Or maybe we can let you show us around the camp. Either way, I'm happy. she said. But a small frown came across her face. "I wish that we could be in Fireclan again, I Bonefoot, Ravenstar, Goldenflower..."she whispered to Jaggedkit and Aurakit. Aura kit came close to her. "Don't worry. I was the one who made Whitetail, and Jaggedpine-I mean kit, was the one who played Bonefoot."Gingerkit stared in disbelief. "And what about Scorchpaw?"she asked. "Well.... She played herself before she became known as Scorchheart."Jaggedkit told her. "She became a warrior?"Gingerkit enviously asked. "Yeah... and she's in her original clan, just like us."Aura kit sadly said. "Twigstorm was also travelling with us, and is now in Riverclan. "she added. Suddenly, a thought crossed into all three of their minds. "wait... our ranks on the forums!"cried Aura kit. "I was Thunderclan Deputy... oh no! Brambleclaw! What will happen if our ranks are regained?!"Jaggedkit exclaimed. "Well, I'll be a medicine cat alongside Leafpool. But what happens if you become the Thunderclan deputy? I don't quite remember if Bramble claws still deputy in the next books!"she said. "We are altering the history that Erin Hunter wrote for these cats!"

As they discussed this, yet another horrifying thought came to mind. But only Jaggedkit seemed to realize it. "Pantherkit! If what we wrote in the RP happens, she will become pantherstar and will create Pantherclan by making Thunderclan and Shadowclan join together!" he cried. "But wait, she was deputy of Thunderclan before that! The deputy of Shadowclan could be killed!"Aura kit said. "I read the story!"she added. Gingerkit gave them worried glances. "And what about Flystar? He could end up turning Shadowclan into Mudclan!"she cried. "There are a bunch of possible outcomes, and most of them seem to include shadowclan." Jaggedkit said in a worried tone. "What will we do to save the future?"this was one question, that only Starclan could answer. With so many dark and unknown futures, who was to say that the ghosts of old cats, evil and unhonorable cats could come back, just as they were right then?

In Riverclan, Twigkit was also wary of the consequences of her future. and if I  become the Riverclan deputy, what happens to Mistyfoot? Would she die? Would she be exiled?"the fate that she had set out for herself in the forums could cause much more than she had expected. "If starclan does exist, where are they?"she asked herself. Just as this thought came to mind, the Riverclan medicine cat, Mothwing came up to her... and the cat that came up with her sent shock through Twigkit. It was Hawkfrost! How far into the second series were they?! "So, your Twig kit?" Hawkfrost asked her, a sneer appearing on his face. He left her there with Mothwing, who was shaking with fear. Twig kit padded up to her."Mothwing... was that Hawkfrost?"she asked. Mothwing gave her a nod of agreement, her body shaking as small tears came out. "What do you know? Please, I've got to get rid of him."she told Twig kit.  "I know everything about your relations to him, Brambleclaw, Tawnypelt, and Tigerstar. "she replied with a comforting grin. Mothwing stayed close to her. "I'll stay by you and be your friend. she told Twigkit.

Back in Shadowclan, I was talking with the others. "Well, I'm six moons old now, and so are my friends."I told them. Blackstar seemed to know this, for he came to a sitting position on a large stump. "May all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here for a clan meeting. he called out. All of the cats, except for the kits and I, gathered at the stump to listen to him speak. "As you know, we have quite a few new members to the clan, Four of which are old enough to become apprentices. he said, his booming voice reaching my ears. "We should have enough warriors to mentor them, and Our deputy shall also mentor one." I looked at him, my face shocked. He gave us a small grin, and then turned back to the cats. "Russetefur, step forwards. Pantherkit, please follow her." Blackstar commanded. "Pantherkit, do you accept the laws of the warrior code, to serve and protect your clan with loyalty, and to learning the ways of our clan?"he asked her as she strutted after Russetefur, her chin held up in superiority. "I do. "she said. "Then from this day forwards, until you have earned your warrior name, you shall be known as Pantherpaw." he called out, the cats of Shadowclan cheering her to her new name. "PANTHERPAW!PANTHERPAW!PANTHERPAW!" He waved his tail dismissively and both cats sat with the rest, Pantherpaw receiving many words of congratulations.

"Cederheart, step forwards. Scorchkit, follow in suite." he commanded yet again, his voice booming. Cederheart brought me forwards with him, a happy and excited grin stretching across his face. "Ceder heart, you will train Scorchkit in our ways." he told him. "Scorchkit, do you accept the laws of the warrior code, to serve and protect your clan with loyalty, and to learning the ways of our clan?" Blackstar asked yet again."I accept." I told him, my face turning beet red with embarrassment. "Then from this day forwards until you have earned your warrior name, you shall be known as Scorchpaw." he told me, his grin widening at the name. It had a good ring to it, mainly why I liked the name. The cats and Cederheart cheered,"SCORCHPAW!SCORCHPAW!SCORCHPAW!"much louder, getting used to the name very easily. After the last two in Shadowclan, Shadowpaw and Flypaw, had had their ceremonies, the same thing happened in Thunderclan, though with a few  differences.

Jaggedkit, Aurakit, Ravenkit, and Gingerkit were all talking, their voices only slightly raised. Firestar gave them a weary grin, and climbed onto of the Highledge. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here beneath the high ledge for a clan meeting!"he mewed out, every cat in Thunderclan snapping to attention. "We have several kits that are ready for apprentice ship. Squerrelflight, step forwards with Jaggedkit." he commanded. They did as they were told."Scorchkit, do you accept the laws of the warrior code, to serve and protect your clan with loyalty, and to learning the ways of our clan?"he asked Jaggedkit, who was looking up to him with honest pride. "Yes Firestar, I will." he answered. "Then from this day forwards until  you have earned you have earned your warrior name, you shall be known as Jaggedpaw, apprentice of Squerrelflight of Thunderclan." he said in a proud voice. Now the Thunderclan cats cheered on to him, "JAGGEDPAW! JAGGEDPAW! JAGGEDPAW! JAGGEDPAW!" and they rose with smiles on their faces. As he came down with Squerrelflight, many cats said their congratulations. "Also, we have one kit that wishes to learn how to become a Medicine cat. Aurakit and Leafpool, please step forwards." Firestar called out yet again. They too did as he asked. "Aurakit, do accept to train in the way of healing in order to come to greater lengths, to someday be able to assist your clan in great times of need, with loyalty and respect?" he asked her, Leafpool giving him a respectful nod. "Yes sir FIrestar, I do!" Aurakit happily said to him. "Then from this day forwards until you have earned your medicine cat name, you shall be known as Aurapaw , medicine cat apprentice of Leafpool of Thunderclan." and as he finished, the cats cheered out in loud voices, "AURAPAW!AURAPAW!AURAPAW! AURAPAW!"

Twigkit of Riverclan was also having her apprentice ceremony.  Leopardstar stepped forwards, now calling the cats of Riverclan to join her. "May all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather here for a clan meeting." she called out to them. The cats of Riverclan did as was asked, though Twigkit and some others hesitated. "Just as was mentioned at our gathering this moon, we have several new members to the clan, and some of them are ready for apprenticeship." she told them, her voice sending an echo of reassurance. "Now, Mistyfoot, please step forwards, and bring Twigkit alongside you." she called out, Mistyfoot promptly stepping forwards. Twiggy nervously followed behind, her tail and ears twitching. As soon as they came up to Leopardstar, she gave her ceremony."Do you, Twigkit, promise to protect your clan with loyalty, strength, and compassion, defending its borders with tooth and claw when needed to be defended?"she asked Twigkit. "I do Leopardstar." she mewed certainly, her voice now calm. "Then let it be so. From this day forewords, until you have earned your warrior name  you shall be Twigpaw, apprentice of Mistyfoot, deputy of Riverclan." and as Leopardstar finished her sentence, many loud cheers rose with the word," TWIGPAW!TWIGPAW!TWIGPAW!"

chapter 11:

After Twigpaw was muchly praised and congratulated, she went over to her new mentor, Mistyfoot. "I havent had an apprentice in a while. she commented. "You look like you'll make a good warrior some day. By the way, Mothwing wishes to speak to you. she added. "All righty then. Ill go see her. "Okay. Let's go!" Twigpaw excitedly piped in. She couldn't wait to see what herbs used by warriors and med cats looked like. However, they did need one thing if she had read the books right. They would need a warrior to accompany them. "How about we get Mistyfoot to go with us?"Twigpaw asked Mothwing."Alright. good choice, considering she's your mentor. We'll see if she isn't too buisy. Twigpaw felt awkwords. She hadn't expected these two to be so tense.

Back in Shadowclan, things weren't going as smoothly as things in Riverclan. I had just gone up to my mentor, after collecting a few pawfulls of moss, when Pantherpaw ran up to me and caused me to fall over. She let out a low whisper, "Ha, try to get that to the elders..."The moss I had collected fell all over my fur, and I let out a low growl. Cederheart stepped between I and Pantherpaw. "Pantherpaw, you should know better." he said. "You have better manners than that, so you should use them around your fellow apprentices." he shook me and the mos came out of my fur. I gave him a grateful smile, and looked at Pantherpaw with little more than distain. She was determined to make sure I wouldn't become a warrior for a long time. She let a smirk cross her face and left saying, "Of course Cedarheart. How RUDE of me." and padded off to her mentor, Russetefur. He and yourself might be able to work together while completing apprentice tasks."Cederheart chuckled.

"At least as long as you don't get it on your fur..."she giggled. Jaggedpaw gave a grin. "Oh, so I guess you wouldn't mind..."he said as he picked up a clump of it, "THIS!" as he laughed, he shot a clump of moss at Aurapaw. She was hit, right in the -"Aaaahhh! My face! Haha-Your going to get it now!" Laughed Aurapaw. She hurled a clump at him with her tail, swiftly dodging a pawfull as Jaggedpaw threw it at her. They threw more at each other, splatting each other in the face. Then they cleaned off their fur. "Uuuggghhhh.... it might be fun to play with, but it tastes terrible when you lick it out of your fur..."Aurapaw coughed. They then collected as much as they could, consisting of a few mouthfuls, and made several trips to the elder's den and back to make the beds. Jaggedpaw gave a sigh as he remembered their next task. "We're to go on a hunting patrol with... Squerrelflight and Brambleclaw." he let a smile at this. "Hmmm... think they'll have any rabbit on the menu?" he laughed, remembering the rabbit they had eaten at the old abandoned two leg place.

She started to dig the roots up and Mistyfoot began to pick out the Coltsfoot. Twigpaw decided to help Mothwing with the roots. "Wait... I smell rouges!"Mistyfoot hissed her ears pricked. Twigpaw couldn't exactly scent much, but the cat scent wasn't that of Riverclan. She stood in a fighting stance, ready for any creature that would dare attack them. Great, just great. Now what would she do, just becoming an apprentice and there were already cats attacking them.  She, Mothwing, and Mistyfoot walked a bit faster.

Quite acting like a one moon old kit!"He scolded. She shrugged and walked with Shadowshot, who wasn't exactly comfy walking next to her. He slid away, but she just kept coming. We were at the Riverclan border, and I saw Twigpaw and her patrol walking like they were trying to get away from something. Suddenly, Cederheart tensed. "There's rouge! He'll attack them!"He whispered. Out of nowhere, a cat leapt out at Twigpaw and clawed at her side, she jumped away just in time, Mothwing and Mistyfoot hissing and Baring their fangs. I, Cederheart, and Shadowpaw ran in after the rouge. Pantherpaw gave a small hiss. "Oye, why help them? Their clan will be weaker without their medicine cat and deputy. Minus the apprentice. She sneered.

The unexpected attack had caught her off guard. All three had heard Pantherpaw's hateful words. "YOU Riverclan cats should head back to your camp. She tartly stated while my glare seemed to sting even more than her words.
I gave a smile to Twigpaw. "Sorry about this mess. We'll see you later then...at the next gathering?"I asked. She gave a friendly chuckle. Yeah, of course! See you later Scorchpaw."She replied. She turned to Pantherpaw with a glare of anger, her eyes showing blazing distain. "You don't have to be such a BRAT Pantherpaw," she said. Mothwing looked us up and down. She knew I and Cederheart were friendly. "See you later then. She said. "Yeah...see you at the gathering. Just don't trespass again."Mistyfoot said, her uneasy tone seeming to catch my ears.

"Hi guys. So, how are you doing so far?" He asked. He gave a friendly grin. "Sometimes it can be a bit hard-"but they never found out exactly what could be so hard, because Leafpaw and Cinderpelt ran into camp, shocked looks crossing their faces. "Firestar...hurry...get him...rouge..." they panted one at a time. Jaggedpaw and Aurapaw stood up, immediately running to Firestar's den. "Firestar, rouges attacked Leafpaw and Cinderpelt!"Cried Aurapaw and Jaggedpaw at the same time. Firestar streaked out of the den with them on his tail, Leafpaw and CInderpelt staring at eachother. They had scratches and bruises, and were bleeding along the rims of their faces. But not too badly hurt.

RE: Warrior cats-The Animals Unlocked: ALERT! CHECK OUT PAGE NINE! ENTIRE STORY POSTED THERE! Or what I have so far. =3

Chapter 12:

After having medical treatment, with a little help from Aurapaw, Cinderpelt and Mossflower were resting in the den. Firestar was at ease, and Jaggedpaw and Aurapaw had decided to sit around for a while. "I can't beleive them!" Ahfur was grumbling. Squirrelflight nodded, but narrowed her eyes. "Don't do anything crazy." she said. Brambleclaw was also in a bad mood. Greystripe came around and flicked his tail. "Listen, if anything is to be done, we must have Firestar consent to it, agreed?" he said. They all nodded. Berrypaw was laughing and he went over to Arapaw and Jagedpaw. "Hey guys, wanna trian?" he asked. Jaggedpine gave him a grin. "I bet I can beat you~" he said.Aurapaw giggled. "Yeah, and then pigs can fly." she laughed.

Back in Shadowclan, Pantherpaw was buissy trying to torture Scorchpaw. Whenever she tried to sleep, Pantherpaw came in and dumped water or bugs on her. If she was training, Pantherpaw sabataged it. After the fifth time of having to clean out her fur, Scorchpaw had had enough. Shadowpaw was walking around, acting like he owned the den and ordering the other apprentices around. Cedarheart was keeping an eye on Pantherpaw, but was too tired to do much. Scorchpaw gave a hiss of annoyance. "I'll make sure she doesn't do that again." she muttered. Spotting some sap, she gave a giggle. Now she could pay Pantherpaw back. A few minutes later, Pantherpaw was swiping at Scorchpaw's head. She lunged at her, and Scorchpaw moved out of the tree's way. Pantherpaw was stuck and gave infuriaated hisses. "Get me outta here!" she growled. Scorchpaw flicked her tail in annoyance. "And what, so ou can dump bugs on me again and embarrass me? Forget it." FLypaw had watched the entire thing and was laughing his head off in the bushes with Shadowpaw.

In Riverclan, Twigpaw was buissying herself with trying to draw a southpark character in the dirt. Mistyfoot came over and looked at the drawing ofKyle and Stan, and she gave Twigpaw a concerned look. "Did you eat something bad?" she asked. "Cuz I'm not teaching a crazy cat." she laughed. Twigpaw looked at her with shock and despair. "You donn't know the SP characters?!" she asked. Mistyfoot gave her a confused look. "SP...chara...ters?" she asked. "Yeah, they're the coolest!" Twigpaw sai. "And they're pretty funny too. But Kenny always dies in every episode, and Cartman always-" bt she stopped right there seeing Mistyfoot laughing. Mistyfoot was rolling in the dirt, laughing her head off. "What?! it's true!" Twigpaw protested.
