Hazelclaw sat in his den, Viverpaw staring at him. "Viverpaw, Where did you learn those moves?" he asked her. "I watched the loners and a dog do them." she said with a smile. He gave her a nod. "Did those rouges give you their pack name?" he asked her."No, actually, and I never asked." said Viverpaw. "Seeing from what you have learned from them...they are the notorious Beast pack." he told her. She lifted her brow at this. "Beast pack?" she asked. "Yes."replied Hazelclaw."They are a band of rouges tha travel all over, learning the moves of large animals and preditors. These incluse the horse, weasle, Badger, cat, dog, and humans." Hazelclaw explained. "I've known about them for a while now, and didn't expect them to turn up here." he said. Viverpaw nodded. She had a flash back. When she and the rouges were fighting, they had used some odd moves. "They are strong fighters, and will defend their allies well. However, we must not get on their bad side, or it could turn deadly." he said. Viverpaw nodded. "Please stay safe. It will do you and the clan good." he said. He gave her a dismissive wave of his tail, and she darted back to the apprentices den. She saw Copperpaw waiting there.

Tatterwind sat there in the rain. He had seen the fight, and was disappointed that Treepaw hadn't gotten any practice in, but he had sent the apprentice to is den when the rain came. He was deep in though. He had a feeling it was from... Beast Pack. He then overheard Hazelclaw talking with his apprentice about it. Beast Pack. Well, what were they doing here? He stood and shook the water from his tabby coat and padded into his den.

Copperpaw looked passed Viverpaw and saw Tatterwind going to his den. Looking to where Treepaw slept Copperpaw yawned. "If I wasn't so tired I would have loved to battle Treepaw." He whispered and looked back over to Viverpaw. "So did Hazelclaw talk to you about the battle we had, or the moves you used?" He tilted his head and streched his front paw.

Treepaw was just awake enough to hear what Copperpaw said, and smiled. He fell asleep right after that. He was suddenly in a field, the sound of fighting cats near. He ran over a ridge and saw the Beast Pack, with their strange fighting moves, battling a pack of dogs. A few dogs broke away and raced for the camp! He ran after them, but they only seemed to run faster. They were soon tearing the camp apart. Treepaw couldn't move. He saw Tatterwind in the jaws of one of the dogs and...Woosh! Treepaw was awake.

Viverpaw explained."He talked about the moves I used, and a strange pack by the Name of Beast Pack. They were the Rouges I was with."she explained. For some reason, she felt a great danger could come out of this. She had accidentally made a connection with a possible ally and a possible threat. She looked up for a moment, her bubbley mood seeming to vanish. She had learned moves from beast pack-so? It wasn't likethey could be used any better than a warrior's moves once applied. "I think I'll go to my bed."she said, and she walked over to her moss bed. She saw Treepaw was wide awake and sat next to him. "Are you okay?" she asked.

Treepaw looked at Viverpaw. "Yeah, just a dream," he assured, nodding softly, even though he was scared to death. He didn't know if he'd be able to sleep for a moon. What if dogs were coming? "I'll be al right," he added, turning over so he could see out the den entrance. He tried to stop shaking with fear and caution. He looked around and through the door of the warriors' den and saw the faint outline of Tatterwind.

Viverpaw felt a bit of anger pushing through. Why wouldn't either Treepaw or Copperpaw tell her what was wrong? She turned away from them and walked out of the den, the rain not bothering he in the slightest. She walked over to a tree and sat there for a few minutes. Why were Copperpaw and Treepaw having strange dreams, and then they decide not to tell her anything? She had seen the pale looks and sweat on their faces. They were both either scared to death or extreemly worried about something. She saw Tatterwind on the otherside of camp only a few foxlengths from the apprentices den. Hazelclaw seemed to have gone to sleep. She stayed sitting out there for a while. The rain had slowed down and didn't feel so cold anymore. ashe climbed the tree, going up to a high branch. She curled up onit and fell asleep up there, no dreams bothering her, except for a simple thought; Was danger coming to the clans?

Tatterwind saw Viverpaw and leaped up into the tree to join her. "Hey," he said, then realized she was asleep and jumped from the tree and sprinted to the warriors' den. He shook some more rain from his pelt and looked around. He hated waking other cats on accident. He raced out of the camp and took refuge in a nearby tree, where he could see the camp perfectly. He took a deep breath and looked around. Viverpaw hopefully couldn't see him here. He curled up on a thick branch and tried to sleep.

Treepaw followed Viverpaw, then followed Tatterwind to the tree. That was a good idea. If dogs did attack, he would be in a tree. He climbed a different one, found a sturdy branch, and curled into a tight ball. "Treepaw!" called Tatterwind gruffly when he saw his apprentice. The young cat looked up and saw his mentor sneering at him from the other tree. "Get back in your den, or you'll wake up sore!"
"So will you," Treepaw mewed back. Tatterwind's tail twitched impatiently and Treepaw relented and went back inside.

Viverpaw heard a voice, but couldn't distinguish who's it was. She didn't wake up, and felt the rain slow down. Soon, morning would come and a new day would start. But she felt uncomfortable. She wished Copperpaw and Treepaw would tell her about it....at least a bit. But she guessed that they didn't want anyone nosing around in it. She flicked her tail a little as rain shot off of it, then let it lay limp agin-could they trust Beast pack?
