Jaggedpine smiled and settled his tail on Scorchheart's shoulder. "Maybe we should all get some sleep," he suggested. He sighed deeply and stood. The deputy padded to the warriors' den and curled up in his nest. He scented Pinewhisker right next to him, sleeping soundly. Jaggedpine wondered why he couldn't sleep right now. He looked at the entrance of the den and saw Pouncetail coming inside. She collapsed in her nest and immediately fell asleep.

Scorchheart gave him a murmer of agreement, , relaxing in her nest. Tommorow wouldn't be much better, but at least it was another day. She had no need of a repeat of what had happened ealier. Seeing the others dozing off into a sea of their own dreams, she let her eye lids slip down and fell ino a restless sleep of thoughts for tommorrow. Maybe it would be forgotten. But she doubted it.

Ooc: Okay, now is when the dream begins. It can't be over until everyone has posted what their charries saw, and we're all in the same dream together. Just clearing that up..

Ic: Jaggedpine closed his eyes and fell asleep within seconds, and suddenly he was surrounded by cat scents mingled with stars. He looked around. He was in the ThunderClan camp, and everywhere around him were the starry shapes of cats. He was confused. Why would StarClan come to see him? Suddenly, one cat with a gray pelt, stepped forward. "I am Speedstar, former leader of ThunderClan," he said. Jaggedpine couldn't believe it. He looked over and was surprised to see Scorchheart. "I have a message for you," Speedstar went on.

ic: Scorchheart was astounded as starry forms appeared before her. She heard Jaggedpine's voice and turned over to see him. "Jaggedpine....?" she asked, unsure for the glare of the bright light. WHat was this? She spotted many cats that had fallen to death's clutches. Starclan? But what would they want with a cat like her? ZShe wasn't surprised to See that they had picked Jaggedpine, but her? They must have made a mistake, she wasn't worthy of them. Or, that's how she felt.

Jaggedpine looked around the camp and saw other cats starting to appear. Paintedleaf, Ebonycloud, Aurapaw, even Duskstar. He shuddered, then Speedstar began speaking again. "I have a prophecy," he said. Jaggedpine sat back on his haunches and watched, frightened.
"What is it, Speedstar?" he asked. The former ThunderClan leader stepped forward. Jaggedpine backed away. What was going on?

Scorchheart stood with her fur standing on end. Speedstar-what was he talking about? SHe spotted Aurapaw, Paintedleaf, Ebonycloud, and Duskstar appearing. She wasn't surprised by them. Duskstar was the leader. Aurapaw was a medic. But Paintedleaf and Ebonycloud? Maybe it was because on was close to the leader or something, he didn't know. "Speedstar, what message have you brought?" she asked, half frightened, half determined.

Aurapaw was looking around. She started to listen very carefully Starclan's messages and prophecy's can be very important. She looked around noticing other cats from Thunderclan. Why were they here? She understood why Duskstar was here, she was the leader. But why was Jaggedpine, Scorchheart and Paintedleaf here?

Ebonycloud had remained quite. This was only a dream right? Okay then, what were the others doing here? It was bad enough that he had to be around the arrogant she cats during the day but having to near them in his dreams? That was a little uncalled for. The tom sat down and curled his tail over his tail and waited for "Speedstar" to speak. THe good news was that Duskstar was also in his dreams. Perhaps after this "prophecy" was told he would turn in to a kit and go back to simplier times. At least until he woke up that was.

Speedstar began to speak.

"When the code is not respected,
And those who break it say it is right,
The judgement day will come,
And punishment will rule the forest,
Disaster after another,
They say that this is lie,
But in the end, the strongest two clans shall survive."

Jaggedpine looked up at Speedstar, confusion in his eyes. "What in the world did that all mean?" he asked, tail flicking. He looked over at Ebonycloud. The last words struck him. The strongest two clans will survive? He felt like he wasgoing to pass out. Speedstar smiled at him, but didn't say anything. This was maybe the first prophecy that Jagedpine ever heard of that said outright that only two clans will live.
