Paintedleaf pushed her paw down her face and sighed. Opening her eyes she looked over at Schorchheart and Jaggedpine but stayed where she was. Turning her head she looked around the camp clearing and saw Duskstar and Ebonycloud wrapping tail's with eachother. Her whiskers twitched with amusement. She knew they had been best friends but it looked like it was becoming more then that. Leaning forward to see Mossflower she knew the cat wasn't going to be all for that. She actually looked like she liked Ebonycloud too or maybe they were just close. Laying back down Paintedleaf yawned and watched silverpelt up above.

ooc: hehe i'm liking this :D Mossflower is jealous but she doesn't know it, and she's mad at Ebonycloud but doesn't want to be mad at him but then doesn't want to admit she DOESN'T want to be mad at him. :D

OOC: I'll start I guess.

IC: Paintedleaf opened one eye to see the morning sun shining in the cold camp. Yawning the calico warrior stretched her muscles and stood up to see Kodiak walking over to her, his side had healed and it looked like he was ready to go. "Hello Kodiak. How are you feeling?" The tom nodded to her and sat down."Good. Thanks for all your help, but I think I'll be leaving today. Where is your leader?" he asked looking around. "She's probably sleeping in her den, just wait out here and she'll wake up soon." She mewed and fluffed out her fur to stay warm.

Jaggedpine padded over to Paintedleaf. "Want to go hunting today?" he asked. He turned when he heard rustling behind him. The dawn patrol had arrived with nothing to report, but Pouncetail galloped up to Duskstar's den to tell her things anyway. He looked back at the calico she-cat. "I just thought, well, since it's leaf-bare, we need as much as we can get." He heard coughing from the nursery, and nodded to Paintedleaf, as if that proved his point.

Paintedleaf turned to Jaggedpine and nodded then looked back at Kodiak. "If Duskstar comes out before we come back and get to say good-bye well I huess i'll say it now." She mewed and nodded to the tom. "I hope we meet again someday, but this time it can't be me saving your tail." She meowed and twitched her whiskers with amusement. Kodiak smiled and nodded. "Alright, I'll try not to get hurt. When my memory comes back I'll be sure to come back and tell you what happened." He meowed and dipped his head to both cats before going to the highledge and laying down to wait for Duskstar. Paintedleaf flicked her ear to him and turned to Jaggedpine. "Ready to go?" She flicked her tail and waited for the deputy's answer.

Scorchheart woke up and stood with her fur sticking all over the place. For some reason, waking up had given her this huge nerve racking jolt of energy and she needed to waste it somehow. SHe started by running out of the den and all over the camp, her paws making no noise, and flew past Paintedleaf and Jaggedpine. She ran circles around them, unable to get rid of it.
