"Gaaaahhh! Energetic!" Scorchheart cried, seeing as her backlegs hadn't stopped moving. She flipped over and was racing circles around them again. "DOn't know what to do~gotta get rid of it-" she meowed. She streaked off around camp again and raced dircles around them, repeating this. She had way to much energy. "Did I sleep in?" she asked the other two.

Paintedleaf looked at Jaggedpine and twitched her whiskers. "Nope." She mewed to Scorchheart trying to keep herself from tackling the warrior, but watching her race around with so much energy she just had to! Crouching Paintedleaf narrowed her eyes and waited until Scorchheart was in reach. Jumping a few inches from where Scorchheart was heading she landed ontop of the she-cat lightly and slammed her onto the ground pinning her down. "better?" She mewed with laughter and jumped off the cat flicking her tail happily.

Scorchheart gave a laugh. "I guess. No need to attack meh." and got up, dusting herself off. But that electric buzz was nerve racking. She gave out a laugh, but it was quiet. She could still control herself a bit. "So, what are you two doing?" she asked them. It was out of the blue, but random talking didn't harm anyone. "I was thinking of going for a walk fr something of the sort." she told them.

Paintedleaf gave out a small laugh then walked back over to Jaggedpine and Scorchheart. "We were just about to go hunting." She informed Scorchheart and began licking her paw. "You can come if you like." She mewed between licks and looked at the warrior.

"Bah, not unless Mr. deputy over here says so." Scorchheart laughed. "Say Mr. Deputy persn, can I go with you?" she asked playfully, her eyes filled with laughter. "HUNTING!" she heard a cat shout. Shadowpaw came bounding up like mad, his tail flicking all over the place. "Pleasepleasepleasepleasepleaseplease let me go with you!" he pleaded.

Jaggedpine sighed. "Go and ask your mentor," he told Shadowpaw, and he nodded, turned, and shot away to look for his mentor. Jaggedpine turned back and dipped his head to Scorchheart.

Paintedleaf looked over to Shadowpaw and twitched her whiskers. "I can't until I have an apprentice." She mewed quietly and looked over to the nursery. Lightkit, Briskkit and Harekit were all playing together near the den entrance. Either one of those kits would be a great apprentice Paintedleaf thought and looked back to the other cats waiting for Shadowpaw to come back. "Come on Shadowpaw! We don't have all day!" She yowled toward the apprentice and couldnt help but smile.

Scorchheart laughed and dipped her head too. "No worries, he's just excited." she laughed. "Say, if we're going hunting, maybe we should hunt near that huge oak in our terra? It's not too close to the border." she told him. "And plenty of animals have nested there or lived in the hollows."

Jaggedpine dipped his head to Scorchheart's idea. "I agree, and now we need Shadowpaw," he said, tail whisking impatiently. "Shadowpaw! Come on!" he yowled. Suddenly, Shadowpaw emerged from wherever he was, and his eyes were filled with fear. "Pinewhisker's gone!" he meowed, fear making his pelt stand out in all directions. Jaggedpine froze. Pinewhisker was gone? He should have told someone before he left...Jaggedpine went to investigate. Sure enough, where Pinewhisker's scent was, the faint trace of blood was there as well.
